Honestly,Gowon really must be heavy at heart right now.... I'm sure he'd be regretting while he never released a book before IBB that's if ever he had the intentions to...Now it's now as if he's got alot hiding inside and under pressure as all eyes are on him...

In 2014 I was an entry level (Management Trainee) staff in one of the commercial banks in Nigeria, I earned 168k per month. USD was N152/$ = I earned $1,105 per month

In 2025 (11 years later) the same graduate trainee will earn N528k per month. USD is N1500/$ = you’d earn $352 per month

For clarity:
A bag of rice in 2014 was 9k, I can buy 18bags and still have change

A bag of rice in 2025 is 80k, you can only buy 6bags and have some change left

So you’ll be the judge to tell if it is good enough or not

Tbh a head of state has the chance to be in office for long compare to the prime minister.. Nnamdi Azikiwe was a ceremonial head representing the British empire. In sequence what will be his gain for someone who lobbied himself to that position to fight unnecessary fight.. his position was not a tenure term unlike the prime minister that has tenure. And most effective execution also needs his signature
