For those still having issues with the Passport upload: 1. Open the Photo with Paint on your computer
2. Crop the photo from the top of your head to below your chin
3. Also crop the sides of the photo too, leaving a little space after your ears.
4. Resize the photo to 600px for Horizontal and 700px for vertical
5. Save and upload
This method works 100%. I have a cafe and I have successfully uploaded over 300 applications.

This worked for me, Am so grateful. I crop the passport as he described on my phone.. Resized it with photo scale app on the phone as he described.. I uploaded and it was accepted
