Even if every information on your profile were spurious, you'd still get an ITA, if you meet or exceed the round's cut-off. The problem would lie with defending them.

1. Where the wrong input was intentional: Perhaps you haven't sat for IELTS nor received your TRF but you wish to go ahead with creating your EE profile. YES, you will get an ITA, but even if you're able to edit afterwards upon receipt of your TRF, the CIO staff handling your file will certainly uncover the lie. That's part of the routine checks that happen at the CIO. The date you received your result (per TRF) would've come after the date of the round of draws that gave you an ITA. Now that's fraudulent, and you and I know the likely consequence.
what you should do:
- Do not submit profile if you haven't
- Decline ITA if you've already got one

2. Where the wrong input was UNintentional:
- Pre-AOR: I believe you can correct the error before submitting your application.
- Post-AOR: Raise a CSE as soon as you notice the error and explain with abeg
