Thank you.,
ednut1:
if you add him after ITA your scores will be recalculated and your application will be rejected due to the scores falling . You are to add him right now , so go and sort the eca and ielts.

Another option is add him as unaccompanied, file for him when you land in Canada

Please asking fir a friend.
Her current CRA is 479 applied as a single, but she got married in October , she had not updated her status, is it okay to leave it like that as her spouse is yet to get ECA for his credentials.
Will it be a problem if she update her status after ITA.
Thank you

Kudos to the elders and everyone in this great forum . I want to make some enguiries as regards EE processing .
I 'be recently being promoted to the post of territorial sales manager in the company where I work . I've been a sales officer for six years, though my job descriptions as a sales officer matches that of the sales/ marketing manager stated in the NOC .
My question is can I state that durationof job experience is 6 years.
Thanks in anticipation of your response

Hello Thrombos,

Unfortunately we cannot comment on specific cases. Her best option is to email Abuja, but since that has been done, we can only recommed that you are patient.

Regards,
Nigeria NIV Team
Thanks VO , for taking out time .

Hello to Nairaland amiable V.O ,
I'm writing in respect of my sister's application. She had her interview at the Abuja embassy
Today marks exactly 10 weeks and 2 days that she's been put on administrative process . The anxiety is mounting .
She did a mail to the embassy 2 days ago and was told she'll be contacted when due .
Please help and thank you .
Have a lovely weekend

Thank you VO for a wonderful job you are doing here.
Please I want a clarification here . My sister attended visa interview at the Abuja embassy on the 24th of February and she was placed on administrative process and the interviewerand told her she'll be contacted in a weeks time but she's yet to get a feedback from the embassy .
The interviewer also took some of her original document .
Checking her status online shows denied and the reason for denial was said to be written on the paper given to her by the interviewer which was administrative process .
My question is : should she be optimistic of a response from the embassy or go with the online status ; if denial is the case , how will she get her original document back . Thank you for your response .?

Using Canreach is a waste of money, I'll charge very less wink
Much of what you have said here is hard to understand. What is One Account Policy and, how does it affect your institution regarding sending your transcripts to WES. All you need to pay for WES is your atm card. You get on their website and fill necessary details and provide details of your card. They will notify you of successful payment and give you a reference number which you will ask school to quote in the cover letter for your transcript. Also, there's a Transcript Refuest Form you will print from WES which you will fill part of it and give your school to fill the rest and include with your transcript before sending it. I don't see any hard thing here except you have issues with how you do payment transactions.
You can choose as many provinces as you like but, Google the province in Canada where your intended occupation is doing well in and that can guide you in your choice of province

[quote author=deoyel25 post=31984011]Hello all,
I just started following this thread again yesterday. Even though I have done my WES and IELTS since last year, I decided to wait for the EE instead of FSWP. I just created my EE profile yesterday and I started swimming in the pool few minutes afterwards. I have been encouraged by all the contributors to this thread and I also want to render the little help I can. I have a very good IELTS material (which I used myself). Its The Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS Student's Book with Answers. All the audios for the listening tests and 17 sample videos from live speaking tests are included. You can PM me if you need the materials and I will send you the download link (1GB approximately). Its now your duty to find a way of downloading it. Cheers and goodluck to all

Unfortunately, you can not claim additional points with your relatives in Canada anymore with the launching of Express Entry.

Here, the higher your score points, the higher your chances of being selected. So, it will be beneficial if you can encourage/persuade your spouse to go for both language test and ECA.

If you however, decide to go for EE alone (without your spouse's ECA and IELTS), you might have to approach the provinces and prospective employers for nomination/sponsorship.
Thanks for the prompt response . I will try and convince him .
Please is it possible to apply for student visa at the same time apply for EE.

I want to apply for the express entry as the principal applicant but hubby is not ready to
write IELTS because he has s thriving business
here. Is it compulsory ? Though I have a sibling in Canada to give me additional point on adaptability . I'm thinking of going ahead with application without his IELTS . Please advise
