i think they are confusing two things. The bill did not abolish DV lottery. Check the BBC website for the full content of that bill. They suspended enacting the guest worker program, not abolish DV. I think the two are different.

Ok.. These are the details.

He applied with his dependants.

He had more than the required balance in his account for about 36 days.

Did biometrics 18th January

Took out all the funds after 36days

But application was still with UKVI

Got interviewed on 24th Feb

Got a refusal mail because their investigation shows the funds have left the account.

Now someone is suggesting he goes for Admin review... We are confused now and don't know what to do...

Yeah it did take a while. It took me a year. I initially posted the app here on Nairaland in 2019 after working on it for 10 months or so. I was shocked that it took me a long time to cover most features of the website grin

. I recently updated the UI, added new features and thought I should make the code public.
