But the doomsday sayers and other corrupt elements have remained steadfast in destroying the country and her image. But I have no single doubt that the president will succeed because darkness has never triumphed over light.

The 2016 US Presidential was fraught with obviously massive fraud. The Russians influenced the election in collusion with Americans BUT

Hillary didn't call for a revolution that would destabilize Trump's government.

All the Democrats did was to ensure there was an inquiry that provided recommendations to Congress and DOJ. Virtually all the culprits have been indicted and jailed.

That is how it's supposed to be and not calling for an ill-willed revolution

If Sowore had won the 2019 Presidential election and Buhari calls for a Sowore-like revolution, I would still support the DSS and the court.

I stand for Nigeria, its democratic processes and its constitution.

Take it or leave it. Sowore messed up big time.

You can't:

a) Call for a revolution just months after you lost woefully in an election

b) Meet with a leader of a proscribed organization, make it public and also promised to work in alliance with him

c) Declare DSS would cease to exist by "Tuesday"

d) Say- "Nigerians should BOND in unity and BUNDLE the government out"

e) Deface public property.

And not expect dire consequences, Sowore was ill-advised and he didn't use his sense.

In other words, it was a British man called Frederick Lugard who decided Joe Igbokwe's ethnic identity for him?

Joe Igbokwe is still suffering from colonial mentality

If Lugard has decided to to call Nigeria "Imbecilia", Joe Igbokwe would have been proud to call himself an "slowpoke" by now.

Joe Igbokwe should give Lugard all the glory for coming from Europe to tell him who is
And who decided ur ethnicity? You?

A reverend father was assassinated and we just said Fulani herdsmen shot him?Do you remember when a reverend father was shot in Imo State recently? To be frank, the killers may be robbers, kidnappers or herdsmen.Nobody knows the actual killers. Coming out to protest and labelling herdsmen as the actual killers without facts and investigations is unfair.
While what u say is true, can u really blame the people? All everyone wants is justice. There were crimes committed by herdsmen but the government has done nothing about them. Remember the massacre that happened in Benue state; how many arrests and convictions did u hear of afterwards? The lack f justice together with the government's unapologetic bias towards the Fulani gov (as seen in MACBAN's status under this regime, RUGA) ... makes the every-crime-committed-is-by-Fulani-herdsmen story popular. People just want justice... and Buhari's gov have failed to provide this justice.

And when would you know that you are capable?

And who has banned imports?

They've simply said stop funding import of goods we can produce locally.

The agricultural minsitry should take better measures to help farmers. It's a gradual process of tightening imports while at the same time helping boost local production. You don't just close the door to imports and them hope dat local production improves.

The CBN is meant to act independent.... u forgot to read that part abi. Besides, u don't ho banning stuff when the local production isn't really there ... or capable f meeting considerable amount of demand.

A MUST READ.

THE REVOLUTION THEY REFUSED TO DO WHEN IT WAS NEEDED MOST.

✔ When militants were busy bombing and destroying oil installations and then polluting the entire Niger Delta environment between the year 1997 to 2016, where was your revolution?

✔ When the same militants began kidnapping foreign investors in the year 2000 and later resorted to kidnapping Nigerian citizens for ransom after the foreigners ran away, where was your revolution?

✔ When opposition politicians were being specifically targeted for assassination between the year 2002 to 2014, where was your revolution?

✔ When they were busy buying private jets and building expensive private universities and gigantic personal libraries with funds stolen from us, where was your revolution?

✔ When they sold NEPA/PHCN to themselves in 2013 and continued to rip us off our monies without giving us electricity, you didn't think of revolution!

✔ When just one box was found containing 14 billion naira worth of jewellery for a thieving female minister recently, you didn't think of revolution when the theft and squandermania was going on between 2010 to 2015!

✔ When they killed NITEL and our numerous textile factories since 2001, your revolution was missing!

✔ When they killed Nigeria Airways without even paying off the workers, your revolution mind was where?

✔ When airplanes were falling down almost every month in Nigeria, killing hundreds of people at each fall, and the only explanation Femi Fani-Kayode who was the minister of aviation at that time gave was that it was caused by cultists in government, where was your revolution to remove the cultists out of power?

✔ When they sank billions of dollars of public funds in NEPA/PHCN and gave you darkness even before they sold it off to themselves, where was your revolution?

✔ When they stole your monies and built palatable edifices for their families, concubines, whores or girlfriends, where was your revolution?

✔ When they were selling crude oil at $140 per barrel and yet couldn't pay workers for upwards of 14 months, where was your revolution?

✔ When our health institutions went comatose, and doctors, nurses and other medical workers were always on strike, where was your revolution?

✔ When ASUU strikes lasted up to 9 months nonstop to over 14 months sometimes, there was no revolution from you! Why?

✔ When Nigeria Airways staff were dying due to nonpayment of their benefits for over 20 years, where was your revolution?

✔ When the 2nd Niger Bridge was commissioned on mere paper twice but which tens of billions of naira was looted and squandered in its name, where was your revolution?

✔ When our railways were left dead and rusty, and our roads across the country were abandoned such that they became huge craters and hundreds of billions of naira were being looted annually in the name of building new ones, where was your revolution?

✔ When 20 people alone are owing me and you about 5 trillion naira public money in AMCON, where was your revolution?

✔ When a former First Lady's total amount forfeited to government can be divided amongst 774 local governments for 220 million naira each, where was your revolution?

✔ When 23 people, under the instruction of President Jonathan, looted and shared $2.1 billion funds meant for fighting Boko Haram, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths, where was your revolution?

✔ When over 20 people died during the Nigeria Immigration Service jobs scam in 2014, where was your revolution?

✔ When stealing was not corruption, and was effectively legalised to the point that it was a crime to be honest in any office in Nigeria between 1999 and 2015, where was your revolution?

✔ When poverty reached an all-time high of 112 million people in 2012 and 130 million in 2013 according to World Bank data, where was your revolution? It is when the figure has reduced to 88 million people in 2018, according to the same World Bank, that you are talking of revolution?

✔ Between 2010 and early 2015, we were being bombed and killed in hundreds and even thousands almost daily in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Zaria, Jos, Bauchi, Azare, Misau, Gombe, Maiduguri, Damaturu, Potiskum, Yola, Mubi, Gwoza, Bama, Buni-Yadi, Kala Balge, and many other towns and communities in northern Nigeria! Where was your revolution at that time?

Someone is diligently cleaning all of that mess now, and you are now shouting REVOLUTION on behalf of the very thieves and plunderers who created and sustained all of that mess for 16 solid years? Who the hell do you think you are to think we will let you railroad us back to the rape and plunder of our beloved country in the name of a wacky revolution?

I just wanna make some common sense!

God bless Nigeria.

Why was there nt a single igbo military or civillian kill in d coup? Abi na only Yoruba and Hausa politicians and military men were corrupt ?and igbo saint?

Rubbish.
Lol. You don't go around like animals trying to kill other people from an ethinic group simply because some members of the group committed a crime. It's the same thing dat innocent Nigerians are facing in South Africa, Ghana.

#1. The Nzeogwu-led coup was never an Igbo coup.
#2. Even if it were, why should the Northern soldiers and civilian start attacking(killing) normal Igbo civilians (civilians dat weren't even politicians .... regular folks).
#3. Long before d 1st and 2nd military coups, other Nigerians disliked d Igbos simply because they dominated economic activities in the country. Twas very stupid of them to see dat as a bad thing. Even politicians like Ahmadu Bello felt this way. The soldiers and civilians just used the counter coup of '66 to vent out this displeasure.

So u trying to justify the violence against the Igbos on the basis that Nzeogwu et al killed folks from the other ethnic groups is just stupid.
