Yes Lagos state is Yoruba but trust me as a true delta .... Yoruba won't have more than 39% of her people in lagos

Others 15%
Then people born on the street that doesn't know their parents may be they are Igbo,Fulani ,Efik, ibibio,urhobo ,ijaw ,bini etc are 8%
