Kobojunkie: Nature never intended these things as some sort of competition for the human race, but rather as an opportunity to allow for the creation of the best possible outcomes for the entire race. An 80-year-old man with a higher risk of producing defective children and also at higher risk of not being available to see and raise the child is not the best for either the child or the human race, don't you see? nd given the state of our health system, that child may have to deal with health issues for a significant enough amount of time if he inherited possible genetic defects and would not have his parents around to help with the cost.

Questionnairae: Checkout the 6 Countries that Qualified for the InterContinental Playoffs, and their current FIFA Rankings. DR Congo is ranked highest...
1. DR Congo #56 (Africa) 2. Iraq #58 (Asia) 3. Jamaica #70 (CONCACAF) 4. Bolivia #76 (South America) 5. Suriname #123 (CONCACAF) 6. New Caledonia #132 (Oceania) )
With this, DR Congo and Iraq will be seeded as Top2 ranked countries. So they need to win only one match to qualify for World Cup 2026. Congo may likely play Bolivia or Jamaica.

semid4lyfe: No offense but the emboldened is nonsense. There are standard rules and guidelines that referees follow for officiating matches and these rules do not vary by location.
A red card offense in Europe is same in Africa or anywhere else.
Moreso, with the introduction of VAR, even if a referee misses a card-able foul, the VAR will see it and draw the attention of the referee. and the offending player go still collect.
I think the reason why European, South American and now Asian countries (Japan, South Korea) outwit African teams is due to superior tactics. They play with structure, discipline, and clear game plans. They utilize fast transitions, exploit space efficiently and anticipate opponents movies. They are also well drilled in their adopted formations and emphasize team work.
African teams,in contrast, often rely more on individual talent and physicality, which can be brilliant but is easier to predict and counter at the highest levels.
Na the reason be that. I no know say you sabi ball like this? |

Goke7: Will you also hold Osihmen responsible for Ndidi and Chuks clattering into themselves to blow a glorious chance away? abi na Osihmen alone sabi lead? Oga my point is this: If he can't Man up and face the battle when the Country and His fellow players needed him most, He should STOP forming overlord in that team. No body send am message. After all during the days of Yekini he wasn't this overhyped. Still maintained a level of decency not feeling like a god among men whenever they are in the field of play. This kind of attitude talking down on your fellow players, brushing them aside birth bad omen amongst them as you & I know something DRAMATIC happened inside that Dressing room during the 2nd half of the game. Moreover, you need to accept the fact that your "Demigod" fizzles out when faced with strong opponents with a strong defensive line up. We saw it against: Napoli vs Inter-milan. -Napoli vs Liverpool. -Galatasaray vs Liverpool -Nigeria vs Ivory Coast You can say whatever you like but I'm being objective. Being able to see a fault and point it out will save you a lot of stress in your doings.

kennysville: As giant wey we be abi as what na? The issue I have with your take on sacking the guy is that we are speaking from an entitlement perspective and that is what got us here in the first place. ENTITLEMENT Mentality!!!! We feel that once opponents hear Nigeria, they go begin shiver. At the end of the day, it will always be down to the 11 man personnel that we deploy and how they carry out the coach's tactics.
We need to first deal with the issue on ground which is how we have been unable to get our middle of the park right for over 10 years. Which still comes to entitlement. We dont want to work the work, but we want ready made . Anything that serves our immediate interest. We dont even consider synergy of the team. It is always sentiment laden invitations to the national team. Always the next Shiny Toy.
My take is very simple and this is what corporates do. They do KPIs for each person employed to determine if you are really doing what has been listed in your Job Description and to see if you did any extra. This in turn will determine if you should be retained, placed on the same salary, promoted or fired. When we hand out invitations, what are the said invitees coming to do(Job Description)? When they play, how are they evaluated ( KPI)? How are they deployed? Can they be trusted with bigger roles (Leadership). Do they take charge of situations as they arise?( ownership) . All these are factors that we need to look at when analyzing our National team
Now I dare you to apply all of these to the current team, and you will inevitably see based on the above, who did what? and to what degree. And who needs to be axed.
Not sparing the Organization (Employers, who in this case is NFF) . Does the organization have plans for growth? is there a work friendly environment? Are resources being deployed as and when necessary? Or all they are interested in is annual Dividends and profit sharing.
Think about all these. My reply to you: It is the job of the Director to choose the best brains for his team. If he can't do that, the organization has the right to fire him. This isn't about entitlement or whatever you call it. Every team give a target to their managers, and if they don't meet up the target, they are fired. EOD. The case of Super Eagles; we have been dominating Africa for so long. So many coaches have taken us to 3rd place (including home based & foreigners). We are tired of been 3rd best placed which to me is Average. The best we can take now is finals bcis this has to deal with the kind of talent we possess. If your manager (Eric Chelle) can't figure himself out in this AFCON, HE SHOULD BE FIRED. simple & short. No sentiment laced. |

If Eric Chelle cannot make it to the Finals of AFCON he should be shown the exit door. Our target for him is the finals not 3rd place or semis. |

codemaniacs: Osimhen is the main person that presses from the front.
Lookman presses sometimes.
the only other person that presses similar to Osimhen and is probably faster than Osimhen does not play for a big club and does not score goals like Osimhen is Olusegun..
Olusegun is the only player IN MY OPINION that should be coming on to replace Osimhen anytime Osimhen is subbed off regardless of the club he is playing for... his speed alone would help the SE against any team..
other players that may press are Gift Orban and Tella.. U sabi. It's the lack of pressing those guys capitalized to taunt the midfield. They brought in that Iroko tree hoping he will change the game but he was busy chest trapping ball for the opponent. |
