The goal that Burnley scored had an xG of 0.03. That means the shot only had a 3% chance of entering. I know you're slow if you're looking to blame Chelsea defence for conceding a Golazo from outside the box, but a 3% chance means that statistically, Cullen could only expect to score that goal 3 times from 100 shots.

It was a hit and hope lucky shot, which probably explains why that is the only goal that man has scored this season.

Prior to this abnormal and abysmal season for us,the tale of Chelsea fc for sometimes now has always been,we score one and struggle to double our lead. Then we concede from an unlikely situation and struggle to win the game.(if you need evidence of this then,am sorry to say you were never a Chelsea fan to begin with). In a nutshell we concede less and also score less.


Now judging from our situation above,any genuine fan would have called for us to improve our attack as a football club and also favour coaches with more attacking philosophy. If you follow my history here i always say i want pep guardiola here because with Chelsea he doesn't have to worry about defending, he should just teach us how to put the ball at the back of the net.


So it is never out of place for a Chelsea fan to call for improvement in the attack of his team.
