Kimbeast: Opponents are just bitter Morocco is dominating Africa football. None of those awards are even debatable. Hakimi is certainly the African player of the year, Morocco under 20 won the world cup, Yaccine Bonnou was nominated for the fifa best goalkeeper award, the Moroccan that won women player of the year made fifpro world 11( the 2nd African ever). And all the hosting rights recently in all competitions in Africa? No other country can host tournaments in Africa anymore I guess. 3× back to back to back WAFCON is insane. 2021 U17 2023 U23 2030 WC Etc etc etc.. |

https://www.nairaland.com/8601072/morocco-takes-over-caf-africanThis front page thread emphasise what I was saying the other day about Morocco and CAF.... Every award is Morocco. Every hosting right, Morocco. Anybody thinking Senegal can win tonight is dreaming. CAF will do everything possible to hand Morocco the trophy. The last time a host country lost AFCON final was 2000 AFCON that Nigeria lost to Cameroon in Lagos. Ever since then, any host country that makes final always win. The trend will continue tonight. N.B: I am supporting Senegal to win, but all indications point to a "MOROCCAF" triumph. |

popizaino: Bros,i insist these players are not all that bad.
Everyone that has coached them has not been able to use 10% of their capabilities.
From defence to attack,i have seen them failing to do the most basic thing other players in other club do.
Like there is these step-over that players normally do most especially defenders to change direction on the ball without having to do the 360° turn.I have never seen any of our players do it before. Something has basic as that.
If any world class managers just teach them on some of the basics, they would be unbeatable. What a reckless statement to make |

CAF will compensate Morocco for all the "developments" of African football. It's as if na only Morocco dey host tournaments for Africa now. AFCON na dem, WAFCON na dem, U17 na them, U21 na them.. Even WC 2030 na dem. You don't expect them to do all this and not be rewarded with their first AFCON since '76. Shebi Senegal don already start to complain ahead of the finlas ---------- BTW na Morocco ref go blow today Third Place match ... If I hear any piim! Shebi dem give us Ghana (our brother) ref, we no complain. Make una no complain when Morocco ref Egypt (him brother) match ooo.. |

Lana1: Who has seen this video of Moroccan officials vaulting the field barricades and messing with Nwabali
I remember at the last AFCON people who were at the stadium for the final said they were not allowing Nigerians into the stadium.
CAF and incompetence go hand in hand. They just allow these host nations do as they please without any repercussions. I saw the video like 2 days ago. I was shocked nothing was said about it. Twice they "stole" his towel. For their mind, the towel contains instruction for the shoot out. NFF suppose escalate the matter. |

BlueRayDick: It's not about being the first or 38th game, Just taking a look at some of your players and seeing how uncomfortable they were playing the ball and taking decisions with it, one can tell some of them do not have the required skillset for that playing pattern. Cucurella was decently comfortable with the ball at his feet, but the rest of the backline looked out of place knocking the ball around at the back.
Maybe if some of those players are replaced with others who are better suited for the style, maybe things might be different. No James and Caicedo... Two main players that are very instrumental in playing from the back. Just calm down. No use this one game conclude. |

Unlimited22: Omo I go Chukwueze Instagram make I troll am
When I reach there, na me begin pray for am 😂 Banter aside, anybody that blames Chukwueze yesterday is just looking for a scapegoat. Chukwueze is the clown of the team! I posted here days that he plays too much. Watch his clips. He is just a bonding master. Period. He jokes, makes people laugh, just a bundle of vibes.. And you throw in such a player to the serious business end of a match? The coach mess up big time. The only time Chukwueze should have taken a PK is just before the GK or the last option sef. Did you see his casual walk up, chewing gum (even blowing the gum just before running up to kick the ball ) This is who he is. Na the coach wey throw him in I go blame. And the so called senior players, especially Osimhen, wey dodge responsibility. |
