Asides Hall rentage, can I use between 150k to 200k to start the make shift cinema.

Is kaduna electricity distribution company KEDC on strike?

This morning I went to KEDC office in Gonin Gora kaduna in order to recharge my prepaid meter but I was told they have orders not to resume work today, I then went to their zonal office in Kakuri but the story wasn't different as workers were all outside and work wasn't taking place.

I managed to snap this picture in their Kakuri office kahuna.
