I think people need to take up this matter with GIGM. They are fraudulent in this No Refund
This is a conversation i had with GIGM customer service of recent
"Please know that we are unable to issue a refund in this regard.
Guest are required to pay the rescheduling fee of N1,000 at the terminal for the ticket to be issued.
Please know that unused tickets are valid for 30 days from the date booking was made, which can either be rescheduled for another date or rerouted for another destination within the routes we ply.
Kindly communicate your new travel itinerary for use before the expiry date of your ticket 14th August, 2022.

well what u will do is to look for the variance between how much u paid them and the exact salary for November and then deduct it from their December Salary , when the affected staff complaint the explaination should be over payment of November Salary. As an Accountant dont let any man put u under pressure cos they wont stick out their neck for u. be careful.

ASUU has been on Strike for over 4 months now, we now see governors who now travel from one place to another aimlessly without any meaningful reason to do so, other than their selfish interest. They will leave their state mattesr and now start chasing wht they can never get. well i pity the citizen of such states where these governors comes from.
