Lexusgs430: In my summation, probably the best priced blackberry mid- range phone.
It comes shipped with OS7.1, and yes has the wifi hotspot menu. Just set phone to 2G only(not 2G/3G) and only 3G for downloads and you will have no problems.
Battery is also good @ 1450mah. The only option lacking in the 9320 is the NFC function.
