Alfred2000: What’s your reason? It has a 3.3l displacement engine which knows nothing about fuel economy. What's your definition of performance? Because at the end Corolla might just be his best bet as its more fuel efficient and reliable than all the cars on your list. But if I must choose one of the 2 on that list I'll choose the Camry |

Car Talk › Re: Clean European Used Passat From Norway by timifakay(m): 6:14am On May 15, 2019 |
Bettycars: I don’t adjust mileage at all. The car is not from America but Norway. It is in km. Mileage before export to Nigeria. Infact, I carefully select my cars. Besides, in Norway there are high taxes on fossil fuel cars. The more you drive the more you pay. The policy of the polluter pays. The less I use a car the less I pay. So vehicles we import are often of low mileage. That is why emphasis is on electric cars and percentages sales of such electric cars is the highest in Norway in the world. Education › Re: How I Paid Back LAUTECH Lecturer Who Failed Me For 6 Years In The University. by timifakay(m): 11:36pm On May 11, 2019 |
adanny01: If it were ABU Zaria, failing 4 courses of biology for 5 years means you will either remain in 100level or would been withdrawn by the 3rd year.
60-80% of 100level courses are prerequisite of 200level and it builds up to the final year. If a student does up to 3 courses of biology like this case, then his higher department is heavily dependent on those courses making at least 2 of the prerequisites.
What am saying is that if guy in the story did so many biology, he must be of one of the following faculties; science, medicine, pharmacy, vet medicine. If he is in chemistry, he may escape but anything biochemistry, microbiology to anything medical, he sure cannot move forward until he clear those carryovers. I am still wondering, which science department would do so much of biology and still do not treat it as a prerequisite.
For eg my roomate and i did electrical and civil engineering respectively. We did exactly the same courses in 100l and failed the same courses. A math and a physics (electrical). By failing that course he was doomed for an extra year, like a repeat since 2 of his 200l courses are dependent on that physics. His is a chain link till final year. I also needed to do his 200l course but it ends there for me. Everyone does those 4 bio courses in lautech. In fact, everyone in lautech does same courses in 100level... |

inspire22great: The one i drove is a 4 Cylinder and it was part of my decision to take the car, still the car fuel consumption is high and i will say a big daddy of either 4 or 6 cylinders is a complete NO NO for Uber/Taxify business When you say you spent 28k on fuel and made 40k, is the 40k what you had left after buying fuel. And as for the engine service, did you use mineral or synthetic oil? |
