Kobojunkieee:In your self indictment post, tell me where I mentioned that the protesters have no right to do so. Simple question that requires simple direct answer |
Throwback:Exactly, but God no go Shame us. It is the Obizombies that have failed and will continue failing in their futile attempt to want military to take over or calling for foreign country invasion. Unpatriotic set of brainless and senseless set of people |
Kobojunkieee:Below is my original post, and now where did I mentioned that the right to protest be denied. What I said is clear, every citizen have an inalienable right entrenched in the constitution, one is the right to associate and to protest. I said though you have that right but your right to protest doesn’t give you the right to trample on other people’s right. Your right stops where my right is infringed upon. In Florida, you could be shot and killed by protesting on my personal property and the laws is in support of such. Original post: Timmi: ■ PandoraObi, yes fundamental rights is entrenched in the constitution but the right of others are also protected. Your fundamental right to freedom of speech does not entitle you to defame other citizens. Defamation of character either in words (written or spoken) is also protected in the same constitution. ■ Your so-called investigative journalist is nothing but envelope collecting roadside pseudo writers that is available for hire and to the highest bidder, be it foreign or internal agent/agency. To say the least, these so called journalist are agents of propaganda and lies and they can sell their mother for a cup of coffee/tea. |

Kobojunkieee:Mr man, I have been in the USA probably longer than you have. Have you ever seen or heard where protesters block roads and burn tire on the roads because others to join in their cause? NO Civil liberties or labor unions protest but it’s always local protest, such as in front of a store, carrying placards while marching through the street (on a side walk), without disturbing others. The latest case is the march to the Capitol instigated by Trump. The protesters were prosecuted and some jailed for destruction of public properties and for attacking the security personnel. Their right to protest doesn’t confer on them the right to loot and destruction of properties nor intentionally attacking people to cause harm. At least, you witnessed the above as you claimed to be in the USA. Your right - freedom of speech, freedom of association doesn’t confer on you the right to step on my property and damage it. In Florida, where I lived, you have a right to shoot (with a gun) anyone that trespasses on your property. |
Kobojunkieee:My point, which I stated clearly is that anyone’s right to freedom of speech does not confer impunity on the right of others. Your right stopped when you make derogatory and unproven lies about others, it’s like saying your right to gather and protest allows you to not allow people to go about their daily business because you think you can compel others to join in your cause. Your right stops when you infringe on the right of others. Every citizen is covered by same fundamental rights. |
EmekaBlue:Oga EmekaBlue, the man from the land of the rising wailers. It's not about the man - Obi, but about the gibberish coming out from that his gap tooth. |
DamnnNiggarr:PandoraObi, yes fundamental rights is entrenched in the constitution but the right of others are also protected. WritterNg:Obviously your ObiZombie mentality and as dumb followers of so-called envelope collecting activists parading themselves online all over Nigeria, caused you not to see what the President of France said “ The arrest of the president of Telegram on French soil took place as part of an ongoing judicial investigation. It is in no way a political decision. It is up to the judges to rule on the matter.” |
Iridma:Yes, double yes because these marketers are exploiting the system, you can even imagine their representatives saying this is the time for them to increase their profit margin and make money. This is man’s inhumanity to man. Very unfortunate and yet ObiZombie will blame the Federal government |
bennybuhari:No need to call Paul Ibe to order, for he is doing what is in his dna, which is to wail. He is from the land of rising wailers. Let him continue in his self-indictment of his master and exposing Atikuthief hypocrisy |
IfnobeGod20:Mr man, you need to understand the context of which a statement is made as well as know what I said. I said Obasanjo in his book said Atikuthief while serving as the vice president was in charge of the BPE and he (Obasanjo) said the man sold government properties to his representatives and cronies. The man Atiku also said during an interview that he saw nothing wrong. Now IfnobeGod20 - our envelope collecting roadside lawyer, if you want to assert then go to the source of the allegation which is Obasanjo to which I provided the citation. Now get off from your behind and go do the research, then come back with your assertion. |
Ndimkpurummiri:PandoraObi is suffering from selective amnesia |
Dpharisee:ObiZombie, which party was in power at 2024? Obvious, you can think and sense and sensibility is lacking in your thinking faculty |
FourQu:It is ObiZombie wailers from the land of rising wailers like you, that don’t know the difference between IGR and GDP. |
Jestin:See this brainless twerp talking gibberish |
nairalandkachy1:What this imbecilic Paul Ibe failed to realize is that his master has a track record that is contrary and opposite to what Ibe is portraying his master to be. Remember that your master was a vice president and his dealings betrayed what you said about Atiku. |
anonimi:The problem with most of you and the reason why not employable is lack of reading and comprehension skill. You want someone to hand everything to you on a platter. You asked a question, I pointed you in the direction where you will get answer to the question, but instead of going to the source, you want someone to provide you an answer. That is a “lazy ineptitude mentality” and that’s the bane of our education system in Nigeria and the reason for the proliferation of cheating in schools and standardized examinations. End of discussion on this for me. |
anonimi:Please address your question to the person making the allegations, who happened to be the writer of the book. From him, you will get correct first-hand knowledge and answer to your questions. Any other source for your answer will be based on conjectures |

Rainoil is a suspect in my view because I used to buy fuel at Rainoil until one day I realized that the gauge in my car didn’t record, then changed fuel station immediately and since then I noticed a remarkable difference in my car’s fuel consumption. |
AcuraZDX:It’s good to know that the PIDOM man is not anonymous after all. All the lies, innuendos and propaganda that he is been used for will catch up with him. All these envelope collecting hatchet man so-called activists are just nincompoop available to the highest bidder. |
lexy2014:Mr man, the whole essence of going to school is to learn and you can’t learn without reading and research information for yourself to know, but then I am assuming you went to school beyond elementary education. No one will spoon feed you and your likes. I gave you a reference where you can get the information but that is not sufficient for you. |
lexy2014:Go and read Obasanjo book. Lazy ineptitude mentality. You want people to research everything for you. If you really want to know, then get up, dust off your behind and go read/study/research and stop playing dumb. |
misransome:The nationnewspaper quoted from the interview Bode George had on AriseTV. Got it now. Sense and sensibility is lacking in your village |
ABANGWABOI:What you and your zombie “yes daddy” followers failed to understand is that your freedom stops when you encroach on other’s freedom. |
Racoon:Oga premium times crew, NNPC was responding to Atikuthief’s accusation that Tinubu is buying assets so that he and his family will be in control of these choice assets. Hence NNPC responded to the false allegations. The interesting thing about this accusation is that Atiku, as the Vice President under Obasanjo, was in charge of BPE and justified selling our commonwealth assets to his family, friends and cronies. |
Cindypresh:If only you can read, then you would have known that the road has been in bad shape over 20-years old when PDP was in control at the Federal level. This Governor applied for permission to take over the road and reconstruct it. The permission was granted late last year. But since sense is lacking to the Obizombie crowd, it becomes difficult for them to apply simple common sense. |
BlackyOne:ObiZombie, so Wike was in APC when she ruled in his favor? Lack of sense and sensibility is your problem. |
InfoGuru118:We know them, the audio so-called billionaires from the land of rising wailers. |
Emeskhalifa:Of course he didn’t because the man is not talking of drugs and criminal activities that people from the land of rising wailers are well known for and specialized in. |
BigIyanga:Oga Bigiyanga, read and learn. This subject is beyond your comprehension level but to further school you in corporate mergers and acquisitions, provided below is further explanation with the hope that you can read, comprehend and apply your common sense (sense is no longer common to your people). The attention of NNPC Ltd. has been drawn to a press release signed by Mr. Paul Ibe, a Media Adviser to the former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. In the statement, the former Vice President was quoted to have lamented “the criminal hijack of the NNPC by corporate cabals around the current President". He was also quoted to have listed the retention of Mr. Mele Kyari as the Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPC Ltd as a compensation for the alleged acquisition of NNPC Retail Ltd. by OVH in which he claimed Mr. Wale Tinubu held 49% stake. He further alleged that the NNPC Retail Ltd—OVH acquisition deal was part of a grand scheme by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to integrate his personal business interests into Nigeria’s public enterprises at the federal level. NNPC Ltd. wishes to set the records straight with the following facts: 1. We are a commercially-focused and profit-driven company managed by professionals who are committed to adding value to the nation. 2. Investment decisions by NNPC Ltd. Management are strictly determined on the basis of commercial viability and national interest. 3. At the time NNPC Ltd. acquired OVH in 2022, Oando (in which Mr. Wale Tinubu has equity interest), had fully divested its equity in OVH to the other partners – Vitol and Helios. Oando actually began its divestment in 2016, with Vitol and Helios coming in as equity partners, leading to the change of name from Oando to OVH. In 2019, Oando fully divested its equity interest in OVH resulting in Vitol and Helios holding 50% equity interests, respectively. 4.Upon acquisition of OVH by NNPC Ltd, both NNPC Retail Ltd. and OVH effectively became subsidiaries of NNPC Ltd. However, based on professional advice and sound commercial considerations, NNPC Ltd. opted to merge NNPC Retail Limited into OVH, and thereafter retain NNPC Retail Limited as the company name post-merger. 5. The first step of merging NNPC Retail Ltd. into OVH has been completed and the post-merger renaming as NNPC Retail Ltd. is ongoing. 6. Contrary to the false alarm raised, neither Wale Tinubu nor the President has any interest in the OVH acquisition. 7. As a businessman, the former Vice President should know that effectiveness in business leadership is best measured by balance sheets and bottom lines rather than pedestrian considerations. 8. The management of NNPC Ltd., under the leadership of Mr. Mele Kyari, has done very well in growing the company’s fortunes as shown in the 2023 Audited Financial Statement (AFS), where it reported N3.3 trillion as profit after tax. 9. NNPC Ltd. as a commercial entity is devoid of political interest and shall continue to conduct its business full of commitment to national interest and value creation for the benefit of all stakeholders. NNPC Ltd. shall resist any attempt to draw its Board and Management into partisan politics. Olufemi Soneye Chief Corporate Communications Officer NNPC Ltd.
