5. It seems clear to me at this point that you already lost your breeze and are now arguing for the sake of arguing. Earlier you had required that their right to protest be denied them which prompted me to mention that it is foolishness to suggest such. There have been many protests here in the US that turned violent over the many years, George Floyd’s which happened in 2020 quickly comes to mind. No one called for people's right to protest to be denied them after the many banks that were destroyed. Even after the trump stewpidity that followed, not a single person suggested that the right be stripped of the people because people know such talk is foolishness.

2 . Intentional obstruction of movement of others is not a right. However, protesting is a right of everyone, even if it results in slowing down movement of traffic and motorways. Just as you have a right to be on that road, those protesters also have the same right. If in exercising their right even as you exercise yours top, traffic is reduced, that isn't a crime against the protestors nor a reason why their right to protest should be revoked.

Here in the States, we deal with the same. The recent DNC protest in Chicago for example caused traffic to slow down in much of the downtown area. But you know what most people did? Rather than foolishly call for arrest of protestors or demand their right to protest be revoked, most Chicagoans basically planned their lives around the protesters and avoided the areas they knew the protesters would be on. this is how it is done in parts of the world were people have learned to respect the individual rights of everyone.

3. Again, that is beer parlors foolishness! Do not repeat that braindead mantra of those who are paid by Tinubu anywhere sensible people gather. That line is on the same IQ level as the "Igbo mut Go", and "Emilokan" approach to governance.

1. Defamation is a civil wrong, and not a criminal wrong, and hence does not warrant an arrest without first appearing in court at least - Section 32(2) of the Nigerian Police Act 2020 & sections 35(1) of the Nigerian Constitution. PIDOM's rights were violated when he was arrested.

2. Nothing wrong with being an envelope-collecting roadside pseudo-writer. There is no crime against being just that. Section 32(1) of the Nigerian Police Act 2020 insists that an allegation or charge of committing an offense has to be established by an Act of the National Assembly or under any other Law before the person can be arrested, investigated, and tried or dealt with according to the provisions of the Nigerian Police Act 2020. Basically, the Police cannot make up crimes of their own design to charge, investigate, try, or deal with a person for. They are to instead follow the Law. You also have no power to make up ideas of crime as you go.
