Last night at about 8.30 p.m, my friends wife called me to come take her 2 d hospital, cox she was due 4 delivery. I tried reaching her husband, bt nt reachable.I had 2 call a friend, who later assisted me.When we arrived kwali general hospital, everywhere was silent. when we made inquiries from the security men,we were told the hospital was fumigated. We had 2 drive to gwagwalada.around 10.p.m. for option b. When we arrived town clinic there was power failure. After much examination,we were told they have no facility for scan,that d baby's position is not OK. they referred us to specialist hospital, then it was almost 12 p.m. God so kind at about 2.am this morning she delivered a bouncing baby boy. my question now is.y don't we value human life here in Nigeria. why will a whole hospital want 2 do fumigation and prior notice,not given. why? |
