I went to the vfs to collect my passport on the 17th working day but was told that it wasnt ready yet. They gave me a number to call to determine the progress of my application. No calls for interview or to my sponsor. Now im totally confused . What r these guys up to?

Thought the names of successful candidates would have been published in the papers? Anybody have an idea on how many were successful?

Does anyone know about the latest development for those that wrote the Esso scholarship test last month? When will the results be posted?

I'm really confused now!. I submitted my documents for a student visa on the 3rd of august at the vfs office. The problem is that i only got to submit the photocopies of my credentials. All other douments were originals . The reason being that i required them for series of upcoming tests and interviews. I did not want to hold back because of time constraint and i certainly did not want to put all my "eggs in one basket". If i end up getting a credible job i don't mind staying back but if not id want to go for my masters. i just want to spread my options. I'd really like to know the probability of my getting a visa.

anyone in the house with any advice!!!!!!!!

Still havent heard from them? Guess successful candidates will be contacted this week

I did test last year and was sent an invitation. Does it mean anything?

Hi all, just got an invitation from shell for a test on the 6th of August! anyone here with same info?

Hi, a big thank u 4 the info. we really appreciate it. i got a problem with the address though, it just aint going. would like to know if the address is correct. pls do give us a fit back. Thanks

Nice idea with the peopleprime forum. Well, i am not too keen on the dress code thing. i will be sneaking out of work to go for the interview. i'll try n construct an excuse for doing that though. i work with an engineering firm and my dress code is usually informal so i guess ill be there with my usual sleeved shirt and jeans. heard a guy that got a job through them was dressed informally when he went for his interview. I guess it really centers on what u know rather than what u wear. Guys, what do u think!,

I have also been sent the invitation through my e- mail box but i am yet to recieve the official letter of invitation.
