Seriously i think de curruptn in de NPF has gone beyond descriptn. Usually, dey demand 4 N50 frm transporters on check points. Dere ws dis day I witnessd it, de driver in front of our vehicles said he had no N50, de police man asked him 2 bring de note he had. De driver gave him a N500 note n y other vehicles were queued up at de check point waitin 2 be given pass, he gently walked ova 2 de road side n gave de N500 2 his 'oga @ de top' who ws seated dere, who inturn gave him N450 change 2 give de driver. Its no longa a hidden thing, dey do it in broad day light.
