I will not say what's on my mind. The bible says from the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.
Ordinarily, there are some words that we should not hear from the mouth of a believer, let alone a pastor. I hope you are not a member of Pastoral Care Unit?
It is left for you to dy/dx. |
Politics › Re: Heat And EEDC Prevented Court Sitting. by TINTINABULATION(m): 8:29pm On Mar 14, 2024 |
Dalohad: It is testament of the rot pervading the Nigerian judicial system.
I have a land matter that has been on for about 28 years now. Case is presently at the court of Appeal, several adjustments yet no substance. Even the case file is difficult to trace.
The high court judge who handled the matter before now wanted a chunk of the land or a jumbo bribe.
At a wave of the hand, they adjourn, without a care in the world that one or more of the litigants may have travelled several days or even flown in from abroad to attend court sittings at great cost. They treat every case like a rundown run-off-mill factory without sensitivity that lives may depend on their verdicts.
Nigeria is hostile to common sense and development. The country is gone to the dogs. I don't know what your age is, but with 28 years and still counting, your children may probably inherit the case. So sorry Sir. |

1. Power of Incumbency 2. Power of the Media 3. Power of the Treasury 4. Power of the Electoral Umpire, & 5. Power of the Law Enforcement Agencies. |

VanuatuWycombe: The matter is more strategic than operational matter. You were talking of operational matter IN AN ARM’S LENGTH TRANSACTION AMONG WILLING BUYERS AND SELLERS.
The issue on ground is not an arm’s length transaction.
Have you ever applied to any job online and you are asked to complete a set of questionnaire where you are asked to indicated whether you have worked with such company before or with government organization or you know someone in that company, or you are related to someone in that company etc? It’s to guide against people’s interests from conflicting with that of the company, among other reasons.
More so, there are financial and corporate reporting requirements that request that details of transactions like this should be fully disclosed for all stakeholders to see so that they can make informed business decisions.
The matter is beyond your level of reasoning, since you haven’t worked at top tier of any serious organizations or have any professional training to that.
In fact, on a saner clime, regulatory bodies and shareholders of Access Bank would have reacted and compelled the madam to step down for proper investigation.
Na she get her Craneburg. Nobody may react from that company but from a state like Abia, May be the governor would have resigned by now, if it were to be the US or any of the European counties or far East Asian countries. You can read about the reason why Hungarian president resigned a few weeks ago.
Cecilia Ibru’s case is still fresh in our memories.
Similar case is happening in our pension companies too o, especially the bigger players. Lots of underarm dealings, unsecured loan to directors etc. We shouldn’t be deceived that pensioners’ funds are with PENCOM o. So you went to go and copy all these from Google? Let's close the matter bro. Go and rest! |

CommonSense1967: The dumbest zero IQ retard on NL with the IQ of a Jellyfish is calling someone illiterate without even knowing the basic concept of illiteracy. Going by your parameters, you are a shallow, empty, low-life attention-seeking cretin devoid of any logic or thoughts that are valuable.

CommonSense1967: Yeah very proud illiterate
It's comical because I more than likely have more education in my pinky finger than your shallow empty skull.
First, you need to understand the meaning of what an illiterate is, and secondly stop making an ass of yourself by making dumb zero IQ excuses for a clear violation of the law by awarding a contract without due process, nepotism, and conflict of interest among other violations of what is expected in an open, ethical and just government.
STFU and get lost. Olodo Education is not in amassing paper certificates but by the ability of the mind to process clear, concise and logical thought. Going by these parameters, I STILL INSIST YOU ARE A DUMB ILLITERATE.. |
