If ya got the time to work out twice daily, merge both workouts do it at once.

Unless you're going for a movie role that needs you to buff up and pretty fast, there's no rush. 'sides, if you're working out that often, you'll need to up your calorie intake too.

Training twice a day might be cool at the beginning, but can you keep it up? Straining your body more than your schedule can allow would eat up into your productivity in other tasks.

Working out tears up your muscles. You need to give them time to recover, build up better ones and come out stronger.


Whatever result you're pursuing, you'll be back to square one if you wear yourself out, too much to recover fully, or if you cause tissue damage.


No matter the schedule, consistency is better than frequency.

thanks bro, but I was actually thinking of training different sets of muscles during the morning and evening interval.

I was thinking of training chest and shoulders in the morning and then hands and legs in the evening.

So that I don't overwork either of them

I lost almost all my workout gains because I've not been working out for sometime, so I started about a week ago and I just wanted to know if by working out twice a day (morning and evening) it'll help speed up the process of me getting back my physique.

So my fellow gym enthusiasts will it be advisable (healthy) to work out twice a day.

I want someone to tell me why they think this movie shouldn't have gotten all those awards and Leonardo DiCaprio shouldn't have gotten that Oscar.

The revenant, he was left for dead by his contemporaries but he fought against all odds to stay alive and seek revenge on his sons killer.

The revenant, he had to sleep inside a horse to keep warm in the blistering cold.

The revenant showed me just how important motivation is to a particular course of action, he needed to revenge his sons death and would stop at nothing to get it, not withstanding the fact that he was rough handled by a bear.

Leonardo DiCaprio really went all in on this one.

Amazing is all I can say.
