ebonynelly:
Huge congratulations dear. So happy for you. Wishing you a healthy and successful journey.

Glad that my posts helped you in anyway.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by Luteal phase support. Is it the medications after transfer you mean?

Keep us updated.
After you get your positive they start progesterone injections.

[quote author=titas Hi, I just realized you cycled with diff. That where I cycled to and just got my positive. Please, talking about the luteal phase support. Thank you.
Congratulations!!! So happy for you.
Yes I am doing the luteal support but not with Diff. They charge N150k for it. It's too expensive for me. Its just progesterone injection. Please if you can afford it go ahead cos it's necessary.

Hi titas.

How are you feeling?

Your scan is on Tuesday, right?
I am doing OK. Thanks. Not as many symptoms as I thot I would have. Just the breast ache and nausea now and then but no actual throwing up. My scan was changed to the 11th .
Yes just 2 days apart.

Scan went well. By your next scan they would measure your eggs right?

Asides from breast pains and feeling hungry more than usual, I am OK. No serious side effects for me.

]Hi ebonynelly. Buserelin isn't for treating pcos. Like sis said there is really no cure for pcos. The buserelin you are starting is for down-regulation. To allow them control your cycle. I started mine today. Pls ensure you ask questions at Grabbo. I cycled with them once and it wasn't a good experience. All the best dear.

Thanks for your reply dear.
Yes, day 21 but I don't know the name of the injection yet. I will start taking it tomorrow. Is the buserelin injection for the management of pcos?
Are you still undergoing the ivf treatment? What injections are you taking for the IVF treatment?

Hello
I have been a member for a while although a silent one. God bless you all for help rendered to each other. I keep seeing a lot of post about fluid in pod meaning infection. This isn't necessary true. It could also mean you have ovulated or about to ovulate. For example when ever I take clomid I have fluid in pod. Please the people scanning you are not doctors. Get a very good doctor to interpret your scan results. I would also advise we reduce the use of antibiotics we take. Most times they cause more harm than good.... I have also been ttc for over 5 years. I also feel those sharp to the extent that Its hard to walk but for me it's just ovulation. I thot it was a cyst at some point but nothing was ever found. Everyone's body is different get to know your body PLEASE
It can only get better.
quote author=Habbeyoluwa post=71379215]Good evening fruitful mamas, am so confused as have been ruining scans since Feb 2015 when I felt sharp pain in my right abdomen/ pelvic region, at first when I went to the clinic where I served NYSC they thought it was appendix, was advice to go to the city where they said there was a minimal fluid in my pod and suggested it was pid. Have been given series of antibiotics since then till 2018 at different intervals nd difference hospitals, yet no improvement other than no pain except I press it. All through this period I was still a virgin until I got disvirgined by hubby, since I married, hubby has been traveling for business, took some time out from work to join him, been trying for months to no avail, started test and it still came out that I have fluid in my pod, suggesting its pid. Hubby's sperm count is good, now my question: Is pid not a sexual infection?
I was not even sexually active when it was first seen, am depressed, can't sleep or think straight. What can I do to get rid of this fluid, have used all antibiotics u can think of. Please help me out.. God bless us all, I pray God shows himself in out lives Nd we get a bfp bfr the end of 2018. Amen
Ayomikunkco:
. But sis I knew of 3people that got BFP with them and have you tried the FMC you talked about? anyone with experience with FMC Jabi should help a sister. But on the other hand there is no clinic with no failure history the best to do is Pray, ask questions and hope for bfp at the first cycle.
I don't doubt it. The girl I cycled with had a BFP also. It's not about that. For me they were not professional. Ivf is a game of chance.
I also pray you get your bfp on your first cycle.

Please does any body have good info about grabbo in abuja? Please share your experience or that of somebdy you know in terms of efficiency and professionalism. Thank you
Hello. I used them last year and it was a very bad experience for me. They are not professional at all. They don't provide answers to your questions and it's one person that does everything from scanning to egg retrieval. They have an ongoing promo but you can get cheaper at federal Medical Center jabi.

Pls mamas i need more input on this. If anyone has experienced or know about dis symptom kindly enlighten me. I am incapable of doing scan for now. Thanks
Hello Heebah. I also have the same type of pain on and off. For me when I went for a scan nothing was seen. I just took pain meds when it got too bad. I would suggest you find a way to do a scan. It could be a cyst it could be nothing.
