Am sorry for what am about to say, but I believe we're the problem. NTEL has never given the impression of being serious, from the unnecessary increase in traffic with a dwindling service to when we couldn't recharge and had to beg them on Facebook to activate bundles, yet people still stick to Dem.

Let's all allow NTEL to die a natural death. Alternatives plenty for ground. Maybe when there's nothing coming in, they might be forced to focus on the network as a business and not a favor.

My 2 cents

It really shocks me when I see people still buying ntel just because they think they will get unlimited data, despite seeing all the bad reviews here, Nigerians are fond of making the same mistakes over and over again
