pauloman: My friend that email message you said you received is a scam mail i can bet you that ! The organizers of the dvlottery does not send email notifications to selected dv lottery winners. So please take note ! You have to check with your confirmation number you got when you registered on their website to get any information that you have been selected at all

They did send notification to people Who played the dv2012 lottery because they realised that most people that checked and didn't win in may didn't check back in july draw(the second draw) and they must have tossed out there confirmation number. That's why they sent out the email to participants of the dvlottery that won in the second draw to check their status on the entrant status page. It would have been a scam if it where written in the mail that he won. But it wasn't written in the mail, but rather they asked him to check his status on the dv page.

I swear i have read somewhere in that forum of a person like ​U̶̲̥̅̊. If ​U̶̲̥̅̊ keep waiting for someone tell ​U̶̲̥̅̊ something ​U̶̲̥̅̊ mite loose confidence in this whole thing. God has given ​U̶̲̥̅̊ a wonderful opportunity here, use it wisely with faith. That's all i have to say.

Sir the number i wrote out on this forum for ​U̶̲̥̅̊ is authentic. I just tried it few minutes ago and it went through i even spoke to him. If ​U̶̲̥̅̊ can't reach him again like ​U̶̲̥̅̊ said just go to moscow rd. The office is after one nigerian journalist something. The painting is yellow and somehow old. it is not a necessity that ​U̶̲̥̅̊ need an appointment before ​U̶̲̥̅̊ go to the office. Just go there.

concerning the npc certificate authentication thing, i called someone who works at npc office in port harcourt and asked him if one needs to authenticate his npc birth cert before he/she can use it to travel out of the country with it, he said that it depends on the country you are going to, some embassies will ask you to authenticate it while others wont. he also added that if i want to authenticate my npc cert i can bring it to the office in port harcourt and they will do it for me. but i don't see how authentication of npc cert in dvlottery is necessary, since nobody that has gone for interview and come out successfully have said that it is done that way or that the embassy asked them to authenticate their npc cert.

My first school SSCE was in 1993 but nov/dec 1998 and 1999 were combined to secure my admission back then. Any issue on that?

you can do your attestation of birth in npc right here in PH. just go to Moscow road. when you get to the office they will do everything for you. but go with you dad or mom passport cuz they will need it. you don't have any issue with the ssce thing, if you have up to 5 credits in the combination of both result maths and english included.
