my dear, most people have birth certificate but they still do the one from NPC since that is the one that is accepted foreign-wise. birth certificate given at birth that was not from NPC can only be used locally. although i stand to be corrected, but to be on the safe side don't you think it is necessary since the npc certificate would be recognized when you go to Yankee and not the one given to you at birth from the hospital?

i told him to get his ssce result ready and he said it will be out by December this year.

clearly your girlfriend doesn't love you. if she did she wouldn't be f**king other people. even if you don't satisfy her in bed, she should discuss it you so you can improve, rather than keep you as her handbag while she f**ks other people. you need to let her go. she is a cheat and will always remain a cheat, if i were you i will cut the relationship off b4 it gets to late and you end up hurting yourself more than this on a girl that doesn't worth your precious time.

@roodboy gud day, dont start your medicals now oo, it has expiring date which is six month. and you will need it to travel out when you get your visa. wait till you see that you will soon become current before you start the medicals. just get your birth cert, international passport and school cert ready first. police report doesn't take more than a day to get, so i suggest you do it when you are doing your medicals. i don't stay in Lagos so am not familiar with address there. so let somebody else give you an answer concerning the address where you can get those stuff from.

go to national population commission(npc) to get your birth certificate. i live in port harcourt so i did mine last year at npc in Moscow rd right here in port harcourt. if you were born after 1992 you will get a birth cert from them. but if you were born in b4 1992 you will an attestation of birth instead. thats what i got the attestation of birth. so go get yours from npc sir.

missannie: I heard that KCC will send 2ND NL to all those DV-selectee qualified for interview on the 15th of August 2012.
& if any those not receive any, they should Call or E-mail KCC.
My question is this; If maybe your case will be current in DECEMBER, it is possible to get ur 2ND NL in AUGUST.
Cus oneone said that; You'll receive ur 2ND NL few weeks b4 d Interview not everybody will get theirs in August.

missannie, please keep your fingers crossed and check your mail on august 15th to see if you were notified first. interviews start in October. that why kcc it notifying people prior to when the interview will start. so that those current or scheduled for interview can start preparing.

did you ask why it was rejected. it could be as a result of forgery, not been able to defend both results, an erasure on the result can cause rejection. why was it rejected sir/ma.
