Regulatory bodies are set up to monitor activities of companies in order to instill discipline and best practice in whatever sector they are regulating
NAFDAC,SEC,CBN, etc are not ceremonial entities, they are here to ensure trasparency and accoutability in the registered coys in their domain.

Somebody gave these people licenses to dupe Nigerians. The person is responsible for explaining how they got the licenses. Imagine a world with no one regulating activities, im sure it will be a craze world where anybody can just wake up and do anything. imagine the stockmarket without a watchdog.

These schemes shouldnt have been allowed in the first place
