@Fhemmy can you send me an email so we can chat when u have time tho. wanna ask some questions |
Fhemmmy:Thats exactly what my mum said They see the scale of what is going on and they come with different terms to what we agreed on The cost of land in the South is high actually compared to the one we got in Kura, Kano The Northerners really dont care In The North, what you do is to sign an Outgrowers contrat. You supply the seeds, the inputs, advance some cash for land preparation and some stipend and in 90 days, ure ready to harvest You buyback the proceeds from them and send straight to the big time processors who have been lurking around to buy anyway. here in the south ![]() |
They must have gotten their idea from Boko Haram! Definitely that 'car' look like something about to explode!! ![]() lwkmd |

This Pogba is beginning to bore me who is he? is he Messi *yawns* |
He berra starts winning cos Roman doesnt speak a lot of english he earns his pay to win matches. If he doesnt want these set of players, he shd demand for his own 240million so he can start winning |
Lease vs Buy what will you guys advise? Now, i have relaxed a bit and i might not do any planting in rainy season. . . . Need to tread carefully like you guys advised but definitely rice would be planted this season I have been speaking with some peeps at Odeda area of Ogun State shortly after College of Edu Osiele to either buy/lease the land while another discussing is going on with someone at Idi iroko The economist in me says lease the land and free up cash for more production activities while another voice say, 'ure leaving urself open to exploitation from land owners if you dont buy' whjat do u guys think? I guess this thread is open to all prospective and active farmers to learn and share info so if youre planting presently or ure into animals, share your experience with us. As for me oh, agric biz is the next thing on my agenda |
Prof JYK:LOL Thanks, |
Oyedepo should stop buying jets and start funding his schools research. Whats the meaning of that nonsense?! Are we progressing or retrogressing?! All those people castigating those that have critisized this embarassment are arseholes. Look at the pictures of a similar invention by Uganda. They started the car from scratch to finish. Now should both prototypes be put on the market, which would you buy?! I dont rejoice at such nonsense. Its people like una that will jump and sing halleluyah if Convenant unveils this as their new invention to beat the IPAD
![]() |
Covenant isnt Convenant He who doesnt know the difference cannot critic a supposed 'invention' haha Nairaland got jokes |
^^^ ur opinions wont count till you start learning how to spell Did you embezzle the funds expended on ur education too? Traits of arseholes: engaging in shouting match with those who dont agree with ur opinions Say what u think and scram cheers bro |
^^^^ LOL |
Dual Core:make someone happy in ur clan by minding ur biz u have made ur point; move on cheers |
