Honourable Gideon Aremu, PhD, a member of the Labour Party who represented Oorelope State Constituency in Oyo State House of Assembly before his untimely demise was a close friend. He was the Chairman, House of Assembly Committee on Information, Public Relations and Security.

He was brutally assassinated 8:45pm on the night of Friday 2nd July, 2016. The assailants who were three in number trailed him on a motorbike otherwise called ‘okada’ to his Alakia residence in Egbeda Local Government Area of the state. Immediately he got down from his car, they jumped down from their okada and shot him several times. He had money with him, but they did not take the money. They only took his telephone handset and disappeared into thin air.”
Earlier that fateful day, he had accompanied other Honourable members of the House to the Bodija, Ibadan home of former Governor Adebayo Alao Akala to break fast. Governor Abiola Ajimobi was also there to break his fast there.
He was taken to the nearby Toun Hospital on Iwo Road, Ibadan, where he was confirmed dead.

My mind is a mess that I can't escape

Banning it is putting the cart before the horse. I see it as sniffling the livelihoods of millions of people. Imagine that small barbershop in the corner of your street, whose livelihood depends on the survival of his business which is powered either PHCN or his small generator.

A total ban is too premature. It's purely anti-people, why not ban the use of generating sets totally and see the effect. It's a policy poorly timed, and directed at worsening the case of already impoverished poor people in the society.

I really feel for you, I know the terrain well and am aware of the incidence. U can get in touch with me as I can be of little assistance in reclaiming your money. It may involve some legalities though, hope you are truly clean yourself?

You may be right in some sense, we've missed the wizard 'Mourhino', but u've been proved wrong abt the Champions League issues as at yesterday evening courtesy of Riise's own goal. We're closer now to clinching at least a trophy for the season.
