I have this infinix hot 5pro, that suddenly or automatically switch off when doing anything on the phone at time it work fine but when it starts swinging off I regret using a phone.

Please, what is the likely solutions.

might be a software issue(reseting would work, if i may also ask does the ba3 last long on those times it worked fine? if NO get the ba3 changed.

you once changed the touchpad on the process of doing that the engineer didn' place its sensor cover properly, give to any close by engineer to check that for you.
