The main wahala with Access, is the N3m deposits in total (not too sure) from 10 customers, as a pre-requisite for their training school..

davide470: From previous ones, it is Online test - Phone Interview - Assessment centres - Offer letters.. But now that Adexen has taken over, expect stage 1 - stage 2 - stage 3 - stage 4 ... + stage n. (0 < n < 8 )

Steve remmy: U be asked general questions. The question varies. Just know ur cv inside out and be able to defend it well. The guys at it data center are mostly it related. So day might not know much about statistics. Just be positive in all ur answers and try to be smart.. for others if u read computer or any IT related course just be prepared to IT related questions....
