It's hard for the US to go around giving diversity lessons to the rest of the world because they too have a lot of homework to do.
So says Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, 64, who took over in April the newly created head of Diversity and Inclusion at the US State Department in the Joe Biden administration.

Genetics. African Americans origins come from slavery. White Americans did alot of rapings in those times like most Europeans in that time involved with slavery so most African Americans have alot of white heritage. The majority of African Americans are dark. Many of these celebrities have white parents. Only African Americans who are descendant of mulattos who have European ancestry in their bloodline are pale.
