Politics / Re: Ideas For Solving Traffic Congestion In Lagos by tnuga: 12:13pm On Nov 15, 2012
Have people ever taken/find time to check/identify the numbers of broken down BRT buses in their garrages,if the operators like let them buy 100,000 buses, the trafic situation will not change because the maintenance systems the operators of BRT/LAGBUS adopted has failed and passengers that drop their cars has now revert back to taken along their cars to office. They should therefore go back to london to copy the maintenance strategy to use in providing health and reliable transport systems
Politics / Re: Fashola Tasks LCCI On Okada Riders Business Plan by tnuga: 11:58am On Nov 15, 2012
Sometimes we all try to push the blame to the poor okada riders, have we taken time to check whether we are also part of the problem. Some of us still help by flying the bike on a restricted roads, why dont you help Governor Fashola acheive his targets of enforcing the trafic law.To those who are so comfortable with life you should have by now be enjoying the long hours in trafic due to increase of vehicles on the road these days, which was was caused by everybody bringing out their cars to get to get to their various destination.

Paul John:

Of course it's their duty. What of if they don't do it? There's nothing we'll do. So let's appreciate a working government.

Why will they not do It,because we are use to believe that the money they are managing belong to their forefathers.I personally believe it is their duty to do it and that is why they canvass for your vote which you also have right to do as well under the constitution.because you are deprived by mago mago politics does not make you second class
Mindyou my house is in ikorodu,I do appreciate the effort but they have been in govt for 14 years eating my tax and now they are able to get a loan to finance it does not worth praise worshipping them.I am only benefiting from my tax and I shall still pay using it in future.

Help me tell him o.
Lagos-Ibadan Xpress way
Lagos-Benin-Ore Road
Oshogbo-Kwara road
Ilesa-Akure road
Ikorodu-Ishagamu road

All these are all federal roads with nothing been done to them.
The first two I listed up there are likely to be the two most vital roads in this country. Connecting the commercial center(Lagos) to the North, East and South.

Again, GOD bless Fashola
Eko oni baje o...

People should learn to appreciate others when some information are given for awareness. It is true that the expansion is being fastrack through worldbank loan guarantee by federal government on behalf of the lagos state and was widely reported last year and even Gov.fashola confirmed the loan some weeks ago interview, while repayment will be from mine and your pockets through the benefits derived by driving on it and services enjoy using bet buses.

Lai lai. Fear ke? I made it obvious it was Sambo. Sometimes, it is good to encourage folks to stimulate their minds and think.
just the way GEJ cronies is mopping up the oil sector privatisation by the multinationals in the name of divestment, let them sell it to themselves,i believe they will never come down to run it themselves, managing it through their children will not make it sucessful either.Nigerians will surely help them ruin it as they ruin phcn.

Why are we complaining about people that get the bidding sail through when these facilities were entrusted to nigerians like us to manage and deliver power to every home in nigeria and instead they are busy extorting their fellow nigerians, for those that are bidding/buying the phcn assets they may never realised their investment back cause it is highly intensive maintenance sector and if care is not taken they may be forced to sale it to serious investor with technical capabilities later in future, while those rogues that are phcn workers will surely have to face the consequences of their action in future by joining the masses to pay heavily for every wattage they were not paying for earlier on the excuse of being phcn staff.Let us all watch our back whenever we are entrusted with public facilities, all our doing today will surely finds us out in future.
Politics / Re: James Ibori Conviction: Nigerian Judicial System & EFCC Should Be Ashamed? by tnuga: 5:35am On Apr 19, 2012
Just register on the forum, but will like to say that Nigerians are good at talking about others but forgetting about what evils they are committing secretly,I have been working in delta state for 10 years and whenever the issue's of ibori's embezzlement comes up among my deltan colleagues they will tell you that na his own time to chop their own time will come, that is why I waited patiently to comment on nairaland before making comments.we should all search our conscience as a Nigerian to see whether in our own small way how corrupt we are.Almost every transaction in Nigeria have an element of bribery and corruption, and when we sum all the small small corruption together,it now results to the big masquerade chasing us around.Let's starts to change our ways and lessen our zeal to get rich and know that if you are not destined to be rich you can never be rich on material things but of you are rich in mind and thinking it should be enough.
