Good morning, how much does it cost to build a standard 5 bedroom duplex 2 floors on na 275 sqm

Depends on the engineer you're giving your job and the type of materials you're using.
I spent 13m building a 2 bedroom in my village, bought the materials myself and only paid the workers.
I have a project i'm starting soon, 5 to 6 beds duplex (2 floors) with piling and I am getting a quote of 120m to 155m and most of them are even telling me to get the materials myself and they will bring their workers.

Everything depends on your taste, one even told me 75m but I can't give him the contract because of the piling that will involved in the project.

Don't pay such amount when you know you didn't lost your passport,renewal can never be 70k

I want to apply for a new 5 years passport, and this immigration officer said I will have to pay 70K because I still have a bit more than 1 year left on my old passport that I must have at least less than 6 months left on my passport before i could apply for a renewal. He said the the only thing he could do is that I should apply as stolen that he will help me with the required documents and I can't apply as a new applicant since I've already had one before that it will show on their system. 70K is a lot of money and I need this passport urgently.
