He can go through PNP other stream/pathway but definitely not EE because 67 is the minimum requirements to open EE profile. There are many programs under PNP he can explore better still he can improve on others requirements to meet up the 67 points i.e IELTS, Degree, relatives, TEF and job offer as the case may be

Hello my fellas, someone has a problem and I intend getting help..she did wes for her bsc only, now she wants to add her diploma to enable her earn points for two or more certificate. What can she possibly do to save cost. I have checked thoroughly on how to add another document on wes to no avail, now she's worried if she will have to pay a whooping sum of 233CAD again?
