Can a bank statement replace payslip? I haven't started receiving one at my new company but my salary account shows my new company name paying my salary to my account.

Yes, it's suffice and attach letter of explanation to it.

Use the reference number as the account number and choose standard chartered bank as the bank

Yes but I keep mailing and tweeting at them. They said I will my money on tweet but contact us refused to respond. I might not get the money back but I won't stop mailing them till I enter.

Has anyone who used a Canadian address as mailing address for reception of ECA gotten this WES refund?

WES wants to scam us on this. They claimed user of Canadian address is an inlander. They should sha give us PR, we can let go $27(my conclusion).
