Role Summary:

The role also involves the resolution of customer service requests escalated from the Call Centre, and liaising with the Call Centre, other Back Office consultants and service support areas within the Partner Bank and other third parties in this regard. The incumbent is expected to proactively identify and assess the risks involved and maintain an effective system of controls to reduce the overall exposure, whilst always maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Educational Requirements and Knowledge:
o Preferably a B.Sc holder or HND with significant experience.
o Skilled in banking discrepancy analysis and resolution, manual adjustments, corrective journal entries
o Sound knowledge of local banking practices and regulatory requirements
o Sound knowledge of banking products/services and the procedures underpinning them
o Understanding of financial fraud- and risk-related matters, fraud investigations
o Understanding of banking compliance legislation and associated risks thereof
o Prior experience within a customer service-oriented environment
o Attendance of relevant training courses, e.g. communication, service and sales skills is advantageous
o Sound knowledge of policies and procedures relating to customer service

Skills and Experience:
o 2 years banking experience: back office balancing, reconciliation & settlement
o Minimum 12 months customer service experience in the banking or cellular phone industry
o Minimum 6 months’ experience in authentication and certification of documents for banking compliance
o Strong financial literacy skills, ideally gained within a banking environment

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Intelligent Network project implementation, which include installation, testing and maintenance
• Responsible for service related technical activities
Requirements:
• A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
• At least  1years years of  practical working experience in UNIX/LIONUX, better with working experience in HP-UX, SUN-OS, IBM-AIX
• Knowledgeable in Database system, better with working experience in oracle, Informix, Sybase
• Should be willing to other countries for international projects.

III. DATA SERVICES PRODUCT ENGINEER:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Short Message System/Multimedia short message system other data services product project implementation, which includes installation and testing.
• Responsible for Short Message System/Multimedia short message system/ other data services product routine maintenance.
• Responsible for services related technical activities.

Requirements:
• A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or a above.
• At least 1 years of practical working experience in UNIX/Linux, better with working experience in SUN-OS, IBM-AIX
• Knowledgeable in Database system, working experience in oracle, Sybase, SQLSERVER
• Ability to work independently and to build up good customer relations.
• Should be willing to other countries for international projects.

IV. RING BACK TONE PRODUCT ENGINEER:

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for Ring Back Tone system or other OSS product project implementation, which includes installation and testing.
• Be responsible for Ring Back Tone system or OSS product routine maintenance.
• Be responsible for services related technical activities
Requirements:
• A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
• At least 1 years of practical working experience in UNIX/Linux, better with working experience in SUN-OS, IBM-AIX
• Knowledgeable in Database system, working experience in oracle, Sybase, SQLSERVER
• Ability to work independently and to build up good customer relations.
