were you the person that postponed it or the hr uba guy in charge of the invite?. pls I need a response asap

hello house, good morning. I wud like to bring this to the notice of all Nigerians concerned. I got a text message this morning reading thus - hi .........., is me ANYANWU JUDE CHIBUIKE (NN/DSSC 22/013334) UR FELLOW APPLICANT IN NIGERIA NAVY. call me now for urgent details. I called the idiot thinking that it was something important. And we started to discuss. he said that he took the navy test with me in my centre and he felt concerned about me scaling through in the navy exercise. so, that he is contacting me to help me through his in law that is working in office of the naval secretary abuja. he then gave me the so called naval officer by name commodore Charles and we also spoke.
my observation- the boy that claimed the name above is not what he is. that name is an Igbo name and when we were having the conversation,I immediately changed from English language WC we were using to Igbo. to my utmost surprise, an Igbo man that claimed to live in abuja cannot express himself in Igbo language and his grammer in English was also poor.
the so called Commodore speaks English like an hausa.3rdly they didnt no that am abreast with what is going on in this recruitment cos they purportedly claimed that my script is in abuja unknown to the that scripts that did not make the cut off mark have been burnt a WK ago and nobody knows whether or not his script scaled through even if u did well. this is because only a few candidates can confirm whether or not their scripts went through.
My aim- I wud like all Nigerians to know that no naval officers wud be publishing his name in other to involve in any malpractices of any sort ,in this naval exams.
2. they are online looking for more ppl to defraud cos every body's name is online with ur contact and phone nos.kindly ignore them for ur own sake cos I even asked the boy and he said he has contacted two persons that are interested.
finally if you know the real person that has that name above, kindly inform him of what SB is using his name to do. if there is any naval officer reading this, let him do us a favour ask the naval human resources dept to remove the uploaded list of shortlisted applicants on dia web cos that name is meant for the exams only and since it has come and gone, sudn't be left for fraudsters. Have called the nos on net but its not going through.if that boy is reading this post on this thread, he sud know that navy doesn't joke with merit and I know so of my friends that are in navy through merit. I wrote that exams very well and by God's grace I will make the list hence,sud help himself as he claimed to be one of the applicants, for I do not need his help!!!!

if u are loosing it, I wud advice u to port from this thread. don't be a laughing stock for HB hr. do not develop HBP for heritage bank. they are not the only bank, neither are they the best in the banking sector in Nigeria. it just an advice.

fsb: What complicates issues further is that folks without 2-1 also apply and that probably doubles the number of applications. Someone said he knew someone who got in with 2-2 and that 2-1 listed is a ploy to decrease the number of applications.

of course If u had 2.1 and u did not prove it by scoring higher than those with 2.2, then they wud have no other choice than to take those that did better than u that claimed u had 2.1

Taimar: pls is it tru dat NN only shortlist few number of successful applicants 4rm each state like 2 persons or thereabout?

last year after the exams, 10 names were shortlisted from each state and were invited for screening in p.h. after that only 2 from each state made it. hope this year's own wud change.

I wud always say this-don't demoralise ppl. nobody owns anybody any info. any info SB is sharing is cos he wants to and can kip it to himself. do encourage ppl so DAT dey wud be happy following this thread and if possible, comment. in nairaland nobody wins an award for his comments. in other words, there is nothing to gain or loose whether or not u comment.

200 as a cut off mark is too much and having seen ppl attesting to massive coping WC invariably might be massive failure, hmmmm? if some of us were given the privilege to see our scripts, we will be baffled at the kind of silly mistakes we HV made and also what we scored!!!

for the benefit of doubt. if you wrote ur exams in Enugu, u will see some of the teachers in command Enugu hovering around.they were just waiting for the exams to finish in order to help in marking the scripts. the ans were written on the board, and immediately after, wiped out. I do not no d cut off mark though, but if didn't reach that, consider ur script and file to hv been burnt by now. some of those barrack boys in 82 div were also involved in marking them and that is where the first stage of irregularity begins, cos if u had a friend that sat for the exams and u r marking his script, will u allow him/her to fail?.
also if u can remember, no body was allowed to stay anywhere around the hall after the exams.the scripts that were not finished that day were taken to d hotel room of the naval officers and they continued the marking. success to everyone. they are done with the scripts. BELIEVE IT OR NOT.

@ all. pls I did my CBT with UBA on the 2nd week of July. Does anyone know when I will be expecting an interview with UBA? please I nid ur reply asap. I want to make a decision on whether or not to travel. thanks

no list yet on dia website. they are going to paste the names of successful applicants in various centres but not all d names of those that applied.and/ or probably send text to applicants a day or 2 days to d test as they did last year.

they did send text messages last year to successful applicants. message like " you are required to report to..........."

please which bank are we going to pay to? they didn't specify any bank that is collecting airforce dssc payment of application in their website. @ house, does any one have any idea?

Tee swift: Eyah, its unfortunate dat i didnt visit Nairaland d tym u inquired, cos i can still remember like 20 to 25 questions out of the 50questions asked with their answers, dat is if u applied with OND and also writing it HQ. Lagos. I did mine in May and was successful but yet to be invited for interview. So, hw was the Test u had ystday?

vivalavida: All this force application na man no man. If u dnt have an oga @ da top,u aint going anywhere. This is naija and u have to be realistic.
I applied for this same airforce and i spent 4 days @ airforce base ikeja. This is how everything will pan out
On the first day,u all will be taken by surprise. They wont allow you guys take your bags in. They are scared of boko guys. So put ur credentials in an envelope or black nylon. They wont allow blue nylon in.
After this,u all will be made to jog to the field and u will be arranged state by state in an alphabetical order. U all will be made to sit on da floor. Last yr na sun been dey mama us. Na rain go mama una this yr.lol. U dare not stand up dia.
they wont start their tins early coz they will be provided canopies wia they will seat. They will keep u guys seated on da floor till 6pm b4 they start screening. This is to allow heir wives sell la casera and gala.lol.
When they eventually start,theywill work and once it is 9pm they will stop and ask u all to come back again by 6am. Then the cycle of sitting down,spending ya dough and dia late screening will start again.
On the day of the exam proper,we sat on da grasss and wrote the exam by 12 noon when the sun is very hot. Twas either 30 or 45mins. This process will take place in many states. @ the end of the day they will pick like 6 pple per state.
I did this in lag last yr. I come from imo state and we are known to produce plenty graduates. We had the longest line in lagos last yr. Others had one line. We had 3. Abt 2000 imolites. This is just for lag oo. U had imo sons and daughters in other states too doing da screening and only 6 pple wia taken for DSSC. I happened to meet 2 pple in lag who passed. They did da screening but didnt care for the exam. One had an Air vice marshal as an uncle while the other is related to a senator.
I wish una goodluck sha. I aint wastn ma dough again on this. If u knw no one,forget it. If you tink they will take like 100 pple per state,ur dreaming. The rumour we even heard was btw 20 and 30 last yr. They took just 6 from imo. Jigawa had 1 or 2.lol

I feel u man. I did mine in Enugu but I thought we were the only ppl DAT were meant to sit on the bare floor without even allowed to sit wit any water proof and also under d sun. so bro, DAT hostility reached u ppl for Lagos. Nawaooooooo
