2. For ordinary 3,400? Lol no pls, most consular officers won't ask for such a small amt.. Even guys with scholarship of 6k and deficit of over 25k wasn't asked to provide acc statement.. He was asked who's funding d deficit, he stated. VO said ok and turned down the applicants offer to tender acc statement saying it's not necessary.

The white guy that interviewed me @ booth 8 today was a nice man.. Giving it out, the person before got, 3 after me got.. 5 straight. The black consular officer before him was asking one guy a lot of questions guyman de fling answer up and down (he'd already started classes but still chop L).
Abuja doesnt have much applicants interviewing there comparatively, u wont even find a place to photocopy anything should u forget a doc, none of all these charlatans hanging around Lagos embassy as reported.. I received my I-20 few days back and attached to it is a Scholarship certificate stating that I've been awarded an Academic and Cultural Sharing Scholarship but the funding amount of the scholarship isn't reflecting on my I-20.
So, my question is;
1. Should I go with the certificate to my interview? And what should I say when the VO asks why it isn't reflecting on my I-20.
2. Has anyone been in this situation?? And if yes was your Visa approved??

email ur school to add the scholarship funds to your i-20, they'll do that and send u and updated doc.. better to reflect on ur i-20 than to shalaye give VO

@NoTimeZone interviews is going on at the Abuja Consulate. As a matter of fact I have a date for December 14th after denial at Lagos October 20th and someone I know have date for November 18th.
