I used to be like you. But I started praying and started a 30 day challenge. Get a book, write 1 to 30. Determine within yourself that for each day you hold body, mark yourself good on that day. Before you know it you have completed 30 days without konji. Take it one day at a time, avoid certain websites, avoid most music videos due to display of sensuality. Avoid anything erotic. IT'S NOT EASY BUT IT'S POSSIBLE STAY BLESSED
