INEC says Nigerians can register for PVC on weekends from Aug

Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state, Alhaji Mohammed Magaji, disclosed to newsmen in Maiduguri on Thursday.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that 183,000 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) are yet to be collected in Borno.

Magaji said that the unclaimed PVCs 113, 000 for newly-registered voters and 70,000 for persons registered “since 2015’’.

He said that a total of 114,011 new registrations, transfer of PVCs and replacement of PVCs were done by the commission since the continuous voter registration began in 2017. Read more

With extensive document, can i use her as my sponsor for study permit without paying tuition fee? She is a friend to me but not related in any form.

Thank, but roughly how much should my sponsor have in his account?. He based in Australia, would he be accepted as my sponsor if he secures my visa?. I am thinking that he won't be accepted as a sponsor because he is nt in Nigeria.

before you are granted visa you must proof to the embassy that you have sufficient cash to cover your first year in school and extra 10, 000 cad living expenses, If you cant, u wont be granted visa and also you cant work off campus until after 6months of your stay, so the feasibility of you raising that amount is uncertain. I will advice you to get a sponsor with good financial statement and willingness to help to support you for your first semester, especially to help you secure visa.

If you are Nigerian or studied in Nigeria, you do not need toefl or ielts to gain admission into memorial, Although some schools in canada needs them but Memorial and many other schools dont.

Dear nairaland, i just want to clarify this; is it compulsory to write toelf exam before gaining admission to Canadian universities(most especially, memorial university)? I don't want to fall into the wrong agent.

Dear NL, I just have 2days left for my toelf exam and my international passport is still nt out. I tried to pay for an expess services but It still leads me to next week for collection at ikoyi.

So please , any way to go about writing the exams without a passport?

Hello to my Ogas...please help, i made a mistake while filling my e passport form in my state of origin local government , instead of "Ezza- North'' i inputted "1zza North"(one zza north) , i have already paid and my interview date is 21th Nov 2016.., i tried to correct it but its says "cannot edit application under payment"
