Item took exactly 3weeks from date of order to reach my hand today. It's a Smart Watch and surprisingly the store tagged the package as a watch strap and quoted it for only $5
I paid only N200 to retrieve it at d P.O. I'm glad. More orders on the way.. Thanks for the help.

1. Next time, Kindly message the seller concerning the package to extend the delivery time, because you might still get the product even after winning the dispute which isn’t fair.

2. As a result of not getting the item, the dispute works either ways.. But there’s a strong possibility you win.

The shipping address should carry your Name, Hometown address, PhonE number, Post code (Po box), your state Local govt e.g Lagos (Ikorodu)..

You can also add a close relative number at the front of your name incase your phone is unavailable and the post office wants to get in touch..

I tried to pay for 3 items in my Aliexpress cart using my First Bank Mastercard on the 5th of February, 2020 and the transaction failed, I got no debit alert, the items remained in my "orders" list but asking me to "Pay Now". I decided to check my a/c balance via the mobile app and noticed I was debited for the items but no sms alert, I loaded up my statement and the transaction isn't Der. Iv mailed First Bank on the issue, even sent a reminder today, yet no response. Pls how to handle this kind of situation??
