To me it seems you mistakenly confirmed delivery

You can use yours or anyones ATM closer to you (Must Be MasterCard or Visa though.. Some banks request Otp code, the reason you must use the ATM of someone closer to you..

Send a message to the seller for reasons he took that action.. You can then file a dispute if you can’t wait or not convinced.. If it’s not something needed urgently, I advice you chill for the 10days

Check the status of the order.. Prolly it got closed.. Though the seller doesn’t get paid, the money stays with aliexpress until you have confirmed your item and you’re satisfied

I just got refunded by zenith bank of a closed order of 1st december.. while the closed order of access bank since on the 12th of November isn’t still refunded up till now.. I think the issue is with Access bank..

I don't use those for important items, however, SunYou/Caninao and Yanwen are trackable till enters 9ja. The truth is, all logistics encounter issues at one point or the other. So, all na risk... BUT DONT GO NEAR BPOST LOGISTICS!

I ordered some watches and picked 4px Singapore post but the seller shipped using Bpost since october 10.. Up till now nothing has arrived.. I have opened dispute

You don't remember your AliExpress password neither do you remember the login details of your registered email? Use forgot password option or retrieve the Gmail details using your recovery options

I still know the password but can't remember the gmail I used to open the account

Aliexpress has told me to contact my bank for my refund regarding two of my orders wish were closed on November 11th by aliexpress, stating they never took the money from my account. Its quite frustrating because I had waited all along for the refund. Now I contacted my bank and they equally asked me to provide them with a refund mail from aliexpress before they can open a refund dispute.

Swears same thing I am facing with access bank. Zenith refunded me quickly but Access is asking for a refund mail where aliexpress didn't even send any...My first bad experience on aliexpress
