Why are you disturbed? Did i quote you?
Glock22:

Man, your obduracy is disturbing.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 7:32pm On Jan 29
I spoke with two representative of schools here in Canada and I was told to go ahead with my application that it does not affect those that have LOA till 31st of March.
Bobomaigida:

Admission is not on hold because they will be of no effect if the student is not able to secure PPR from IRCC. Infact it is precisely why IRCC is capping the number of students per province, which will also cap the number of admissions a school can make. Schools cannot be issuing LOAs without restraint again.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 6:41pm On Jan 29
Common sense is uncommon
zubizareta:

Lol. You can imagine that all of a sudden, you are the only one that knows how to read from beginning or understand English. Something that's clearly written on ircc website
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 6:40pm On Jan 29
Who is attacking who? You are quoting blindly
zubizareta:

You are more interested in attacking opinions without willing to learn. Admission obviously wouldn't be affected as letter of attestation is to be issued by provinces. Through the modalities are still been worked out and a deadline of March 31st at most to work out how the letters of attestation will be issued have been set. It's possible letter of attestation could come out before then. So chill
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 6:23pm On Jan 29
You are just being forward. Why is admission not on hold? Una go dey talk as if you are monopoly of knowledge

Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 6:21pm On Jan 29
Sir, why is admission not on hold ?
Bobomaigida:

Please your position is at variance to what Marc said. Infact from his twitter page, he went further to say processing of SP will ne on hold till 31st of March 2024, apart from the exempted programmes.

The new policy came into effect 22nd of Jan.
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Tolifefun: 6:18pm On Jan 29
It does not affect those that have gotten LOA from an institution.
Predator188:

You are the person misleading people, did you even read screenshot posted..
Even your bolded comment is confusing and misleading..do you even understand what is current application...so according to you, if have submitted application to ircc before 31 march 2024..once it is 31 march 2024..the new rule affect you..
Cos current applications means application submitted to ircc no yet decided..
.

According to them it started from 22 January 2024...
I am not the one that made rule..
Abeg stop misleading people. Try understand simple English. The news was disseminated on 22nd of January. It does not affect current applications until 31st March, 2024

What exactly are you disagreeing with? Your response didn't even address the question asked. He submitted application on January 15th hence he isn't affected by the new law. So what exactly were you disagreeing with?
you want to show yourself, right? We sabi people like you. Did you read from the beginning?

Pls with my admission in cimt can I work as I study in Canada? Cos I have already gotten visa.

Educhopper:
You might be correct.
I was supposed to submit Study Permit application yesterday for my wife who got an admission to study a 1 yr Diploma as. a Disability Support Worker, Saskatchewan Polytechnic for August 2024.
With this new policy on getting a mandatory attestation letter from the province attached else the application would be returned, how long do one wait for this? Cos I already googled and made other enquiries and it seem not to be available yet. Anybody with useful information would greatly be appreciated by me and others to learn from.
Thanks a lot
To implement the cap, as of January 22, 2024, every study permit application submitted to IRCC will also require an attestation letter from a province or territory. Provinces and territories are expected to establish a process for issuing attestation letters to students by no later than March 31, 2024. You can submit your application without attestation before 1st of April

My question is if I accept the two offer while I use one to apply for visa , will this jeopardise her chance?

If your brother is your sponsor, you should login his mobile app on your phone to show you have access to the money whenever you need it. You can also carry cash as POF.
this is not done anywhere. Your brother is your sponsor does not give you access to his account. Capital NO. You can print it along with you.

Evening my ogas,

Please I want to book flight against April and I have read a lot on NL about port of entry that's not too strict and Montreal airport has been the option majority advised people to go through.

The question is I have been seeing 3 Montreal YUL , YHU and YMX, I don't know the particular one that is less strict and best for Nigerians. Kindly help me out with the best and less stressful and strict port of entry amongst the 3 options.

Secondly, has anyone booked flight on skyscanner app before? They seem to have cheaper ticket. Can I go ahead and book there, it's extremely cheap and it got me scared. Make person no go enter one chance.

Lastly, Air-maroc seems to be cheapest around that April, I hope they will not request for transit visa at casablanca and can I book one one way ticket without having issues?
select YUL. Which one is port of entry that is not too strict and best for Nigerians? Be careful of the information you drop on the platform.
