The reason we will never win anything is because we don't want to accept our best players for who they are. In the history of the club, our best players are not always the best human beings. Coaches will always come and go so, I am not a fan of a club letting the coach make big calls especially as it has to do with in-comings.

We went from a Moyes who prefers traditional English long balls to Van Gaal who is a possession freak to Mourinho was rather defends and hits on the counter to Ole who is straight-up clueless to Ragnick the supposed father of ghen ghen pressing to ETH who favours quick transition. This sequence has seen us buy players to suit each manager to the detriment of the club because after 3-4 years, the manager is gone and we are back to square one. This is one area where I think as we club we can improve on.

Let those in charge decide what kind of football we want to play as a club and hire managers who are renowned for such a pattern of play. If they hire Conte after ETH I won't be surprised sha. Here, I fault the board.

Tbh, last 2 years, the Glaziers have not been terrible. Not sure they've taken any money out of the club last 2 years. They've been investing everything 'the football club' has the ability to.
