So far, I think the list of January 2012 hopeful should be:- Tolyem, Cycline404, Aiwehia, Johnnie, Femdot and Snuteria, please let get more registered N/Landers who had submitted there applications for the January 2012 session (It seems very few pple applied for this session, unlike fall session).

Please my fellow N/landers, has anybody been notified or sent acknowledgement message from CDHC on submission of application for the Jan 2012 session.

I submitted mine on 23rd of Sept with UPS but sure it got to CDHC on 26th.

Please, lets get communicating so that we Jan intake can keep track of our applications. The last fall applicants were really a big success, at least i had three of my personal friends among them now in Canada.

It is very possible. You can sponsor yursef, a friend of mine just left for canada last using himself as sponsor.

I had the same experience , that caused the issue why I have to now apply for January, 2012. Just make sure you return the package on time, bocz, the second time i posted it , they returned it again that it doesnt meet the 3 months processing period.

All the same, all will be well.

I think its time for us, the January 2012 hopeful, starts gathering ourselves together. This will allow us to have one-house and to also update ourselves on every new developments.

Olamipo, it a nice thing hearing that there were souls far-away but still doing the work for God. Actually, I got admission with Canadore College, north bay ontario but will be willing to change to fanshawe college, in terms of cheap tuition and availability of places to establish my God's given talents i.e music ministry.

Thanks alot for your good intentions, i will love to have the Int'l application guideline you mentioned. But, I must say that its looks difficult getting their admission with the fews from NL fellows here.

I will like to inquire if you all paid the first semester' tuition fee or was it just the normal $500 - $1000 deposit that most schools ask for you people paid?

I cant thank you enough, The board resolution is showing the reason why the company insisted i go for the course being the [b]new Business Manager of the company, note that the company deal import/export and general merchant (So the need for international exposure).

My mother bears the same name with my MD but nothing to show the relationship (My mom married a long time and she is old 62- with no marriage cert) and she did not marry from church or paperwise(polygamous way).

My MD cannot locate the CAC or memorandum of association.

-But I have my own Tax id card, Pension, Bank statement, stocks account
-Company has required letter for me, good Statee

The program was suppose to be 10 months Fall session (Graduate Diploma) Business Management Certificate in Canadore College. But Cdhc returned the package that it doesnt meet the 90 days thing.

Now, the school said that Janaury session is just 6 months, already i dont have any provision for continuing to any further program there unless i decide now to state that I will be proceeding to CGA ( Certified General Accountants).

My company has a steady a bank transactional records, at least frequent cash inflow daily and with consistent closing balance of 5-12 millions daily. However, I cant lay my hands on the CAC or memorandum of association, but my MD(Uncle) vouch to attend to every verification from the CDHC

What do you think ?

1. I defered my admission to January, 2012 start date after cdhc had said my fall application cannot be processed.

The school just mailed me that January session for program runs for 6 months as against the initial 10 months in Fall session ( he made mentioned that i can still apply for work permit). I am just in a fix now, I need to submit my application by August, 2011 for the January session.

what do suggest i do now, note that, cdhc suggest that a 6 months program might not need study permit unless the applicant decides otherwise.

2. My sponsor is my company (Business Manager), it belong to my uncle (though he is igbo and i am yoruba- he is my mum's brother).

I am married with 2 kids and with good financial status (Assets wise). I submitted my documents, the company's letter ( employment letter, leave letter with pay-covering the study period, board resolution, introduction/sponsorship affidavit by my MD(Uncle), introduction letter by HR)

My fear is that cdhc might ask me to pay-up the whole tuition since its just 6 month programm. And the program is too small.

Please i need yur advice.

Kindly advice me, I mailed my school after i received the returned package from CDHC to defer my admission till January, 2012 session. To my surprise, the officer replied me that my account with the school $500 deposit ( initially paid and other will be debited with $200 adm fee and $100 for application fee leaving balance with school to $134.32. So he want me to pay the shortfall of $368.68 to make up $500 as deposit, but promised to dispatch my new offer letters by next week.

I had replied him that its not suppose to be like that, at least it is defermen not refund request?

My application was returned owing to non-compliance of my passport photograph, I resent it with a correct one but it was returned yesterday on the ground that my application does not meet there 90 days processing time.

Now I am making steps to get another offer letter for January, 2012 intake and planning to make sure i submit the package latest by August 20th, 2012.

Please, do i need to alter anything in my sponsor's documents, i.e

- Leave letter
-introduction letter
-sponsorship letter
-Bank statement
-board resolution
-CDHC online validated forms ?

I am in the same level with you, My school resumes on Sept 6th too. Although, mine is just 4 weeks old, I know God's grace will not leave us.

I greet everybody in the house, especially, Ayoalade who have a being of good help to my application even outside this forum (emails). As I mentioned here on friday last week ( 10th of June) that my parcel was returned on the basis that my passport photo was not okay after I had made my first submission on 27th of May, 2011.

My school resumes in 6th of Sept. I snapped and resent the package immediately at the UPS counter (I attached the defficiency list sheet with the package to show its an old submission- the photo section was marked with green tempo ink).

Hope I am still okay with the 90 days thing. I want to know if returned parcels are treated as existing parcels or as new parcels

Thanks all for your concern, my parcel was returned because of the passport photograph. It doesnt meet their specification, However, I took another one immediately at the UPS office and returned it the same day (Friday).

It will get there this morning, although I attached the defficiency sheet with returned package

My program starts on September 6th, but i thot the CDHC knows my application had been submitted ealier, Incase its for correction, I can do just that this weekend and resend on monday.

Thanks, I submitted my application on 27th of May and I am sure it got to CDHC by 31st of May.

The only things I remember is that I made extra copy of the main application form (hand fill it). And, I am not just too sure of my passport photograph too, Can these be enough to return a form?

I just received a call from a Lady from UPS that my package from CDHC has just gotten back to them. However, my package is just only 9 working days with CDHC.

I hope its not rejection? or has anyone got the same call.
