Shut up, you fool!
Is the governor in question a northerner or not?
Were southerners suyalized in kano because a man in Norway made a caricature of mohammed?
Her case is beyond redemption politically...so why bother yourself Colonel with a lost soul who is perpetually tied to the apron of her Ab.oki Lords undecided why waste your time engaging someone who knew didlysquat about Nigerian political history...excuse her to visit sexuality section..

And I believe Amaechi is still standing despite all the guns thrown at him. So Tambuwal should be no different.
Don't be in a rush.....Amaechi's punishment is not now just wait for it......Tambuwal will soon cry, these nitwits are still taking Jonathan to be Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State...*I dey laff* undecided
Politics › Re: For Peace To Reign In NASS, Tambuwal Should Resign - SAN by tomakint: 10:43pm On Nov 20, 2014
Tambuwal is not a smart politician, first thing first, he ought to have defected long before now when the coast was clear and now calling the bluff off the President when the stand of the constitution does not in any way favoured him.....Tambuwal will learn the hard way just like Amaechi undecided

I love that man OWELLE ROCHAS, HE CAN, and ready to serve Nigeria the best for 24hrs, his mother from Hausa, he grew up and schooled in Housa and his father from Imo state, very intelligent , outspoken and God fearing man, he has touched, and changed thousands of life.

I've given you the lacuna..... It's not my place to determine if it's acceptable or not to you.
A division in the Sokoto state chapter of PDP.....
That is no Lacuna my guy...that is just a flimsy excuse for Tambuwal's defection.....I just need you to educate me on the Lacuna in the Section 68(1)g of the constitution that can be manipulated by Tambuwal's defense team to still make him the Speaker...I am waiting my guy grin grin

are you perchance asking that GEJ should give Tambuwal the Okadigbo treatment? grin grin grin
Nope Ilugunboy don't deviate from the course of this debate...explain the lacuna in Section 68(1)g accordiing to Tambuwal's defection grin grin Okadigbo's case is just a testament to Jonathan's gentlemanliness...oya explain the lacuna

He claimed there is a division in the Sokoto chapter of PDP (a claim that has not been disputed by PDP in Sokoto) and such division is recognized in the constitution for defection...that is the lacuna he is holding to..
Moral suasion and political solution will work better in this developing logjam....not the rule of force that GEJ is applying.
Fantastic! grin tell me how this lacuna is related to Section 68(1)g in Tambuwal's defection...I am waiting

Really? Crisis in the Sokoto Chapter you and I are not exposed to until Tambuwal talked about it, is the division that secretive? Oh! you think Jonathan is forceful? Remember how the eloquent Okadigbo met his death during Obj's adm?

The truth is no law is sacrosanct......there would always be a lacuna to be exploited....it's the courts that will be the final arbiter....
Ilugun you are more than this now, tell me the 'lacuna' in Section 68(1)g regarding Tambuwal's defection and his claim to being the Speaker of the House.....please educate me. Little wonder Richard Akinjide's 12 2/3 came to mind in Awolowo's case in 1979....probably the Lacuna you are talking about grin #Nigeria#

I insist...what you are basically prescribing is self-help.....people taking the law into their hands.....a perfect recipe for anarchy.
You are still far from getting it, how come Section 68(1)g is so explicit in his contents that ordinary secondary school students can interprete it but our Court of Law must have a different interpretation. I never said court of public opinion should take the job of court of law. Enjoy bro.....

the only place a constitution can
I don't know when Kenyans and Zimbabweans start interpreting their laws and taking over the job of judges... undecided
You are far from getting me, I still insist, an average Zimbabwean and Kenyans can interprete their connstitution the same way their Judges would but it is only in Nigeria (according to your logic) citizens would interprete a part of our constitution but would still have to wait for our Judges......

Jonathan to the best of my knowledge does NOT deserve a 2nd term in term of his glaring ineptit
The interpretation of our constitution lies with our courts.....not with the executive.
Your 2nd line is why we are in this mess together undecided an average Zimbabwean, Kenyan can easily interprete the contents of their respective constitutions but according to ur logic Nigerians need to wait for the Judiciary to interprete the constitution to us undecided smh

OBJ may be accused of many things....but he never go this far using security forces to harass one arm of government.. ruthless.....but he is not tactically clueless as GEJ....it's not every battle you must fight....that is what he has refused to understand.
Jonathan to the best of my knowledge deserves a second term and I know that all these drama from APC is because of Jonathan's 2nd term ambition. In this case, is Section 68(1)g not clear enough?

Tambuwal is lucky to have a gentleman like Jonathan as President.....how I wish he tried this nonsense when someone like Obj is the President.....bloody low-lifers misbehaving. What in the world is he trying to prove to the whole world after defecting? Is section 68 (1)g not explicit enough?
