in the presence of that same law i'av seen students in ABU successfully being transfered from faculty of science to Medicine..
I used to be a Thomas too untill i actually saw it happen. Someone i know did a hitch free transfer from Chemistry to Medicine (prominence and money made it happen tho) . I know how hard it is to believe especially when you have not heard any testimony and when people like my humble friend 'Obinna' are always here to share contrary view on issues like this..

if you are requesting for my number on the basis that i might be of help with the inter-faculty transfer ish, then there is obviously a misconception somewhere. pls, i'd advice that you go back and read my post again. however, i think you would get more reasonable and discrete replies/opinions when you ask everybody your question than when you ask someone who as it turns out does not work in the senate or even knows anybody there..
i'm just a student like the rest of us who's priority is getting good grades and celebrating a problem free graduation when the time comes...
you are very free to ask for my number again if i misinterpreted your intension in any way...
