OXFORD LEARNER'S DICTIONARY HAS ADDED A NEW WORD TO THE DICTIONARY.
NEW WORD... "TINUBU"

Tinubu (tee-nu-bu) Noun: Someone who believes that he would achieve a sinister goal and looks forward to the benefit(s) of such goals when attained but suddenly meets a deadlock after the goal is attained without enjoying the expected benefits.
Example: The tinubued armed robbers successfully broke into the company's safe and carted away cash only to realize that the money were fake currencies!

Funke became tinuburized when she discovered the man she snatched from her friend because of his presumed wealth was an ordinary driver.
Adjective:To be a Tinubu...the state of not enjoying what you expected from a good fortune.

Example: "My First Class Honors Degree Certificate is null and void because NUC has declared my Alma-Mata an illegal university. Oh! i am a Tinubu!!"

In his address, HRH Eze Dominic Ezema, the Igwe of Egbma noted that Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo has followed the track records of the Chairman since her appointment as DESOPADEC Commissioner till now that she is a local Government Chairman and had found her worthy of an award from the Ohaneze.

According to the monarch, Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo is wholly for PDP and had declared support for President Goodluck Jonathan come 2015, just as he appealed that Barr. Osakunih should always carry them along as Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo would not fail her administration.

In her address, Barr. Osakunih thanked the Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo for appreciating PDP Government, especially for the massive support to her campaign team, Just as she promised that the Council will Partner with them during the Iwa Iji and ather Ohaneze Festivals.

Highlights of the visit were address by the Vice Chairman Dr. Ojie, who lauded the Chairman for her administrative prowes and thanked the Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo for their visit as well as citation by Dr. Dim Ogechi N. Maduwuba, the Ogrishi Ndi-Igbo and rendition of Igbo songs as well as group Photography with Barr. Ndudi Benedicta Osakunih-Izuegbu.

Guy,chill out. These people detest to be called Igbo,it's no news. I don't have any problem with that,however my issue with them is trying to change what WAS. Don't tell me you learn Igbo through trade just because you wanna deny it. How about the deep rooted culture and lifestyle ? Did that came through trade,too? The names of places,deities,people and basically every measure used to describe a people has Igbo written all over it . Say you don't wanna be Igbo and I will understand but don't say you were never Igbo.
