If eastern governments pass policies to only use goods and services in the east it's self as long as the providers offer then at a 35% subsidy (similar to the UK health system), then we will easily remedy the issue of running out of government funds because the more the government spends the more it will get in return through subsidies

I'm also for unprecedented privatization. I believe schools can be privatize at all levels with the state paying the school 40% of what it pays now as long as the school meets a set of standards set by the state in teacher competency, classroom size, equipment specifications, student satisfaction, and curriculum quality.

Same type of privatization can be done for health as well, works etc.

We understand typos cos english aint my daddy;s language...but I think we Igbo should focus on ICT and Technology because with R & D facilities scattered in east we will go places, I was watching BBC yesterday toyota produced a car that they are selling now...it runs on HYDROGEN and the gas it produces is just H2O which is water...I know what is called duch disease...it is stupidity of oil producing areas not been able to develope their brains but depend on oil,,,,, this is evident in NIGER DELTA and they always say oil yet majority are poor...that is why we have to move away from commerce economy to manufacturing

I noticed that people from other tribes who did business in Onitsha learn Igbo language quickly. I met a Yoruba man in Lagos who was once a tailor in Onitsha and was surprised that he was more fluent in Igbo more than me. In Benue, I met a Tiv lab scientist who use to sell yam at Ose. His own was extreme. He can't make more than three sentence in Igbo without including any of our adage. So I begin to wonder why it is easier for those staying in Onitsha to achieve fluency in our language easily.
