it feels good seeing you making a reasonable comments especially on NK' s thread, whom ever you are representing as online image maker shouldn't be anyone's business as long as it puts food on your table

it's better to leave NK's matter with the FG rather than typing all sorts of hate speech against each other on the internet, it gives a negative image to the country as a whole especially on Google search engine

unfortunately, a tourist from Japan or Canada cannot differentiate btw Igbo or Yoruba etc all he can deduce from Google search is that there are no peace in Nigeria

Slandering of our images on the internet have a far reaching negative consequences to the nation
.

.
let's say No to politics of bitterness
.
did you just call Nigeria a Nation? go back to your dictionary and get the real meaning of a Nation.

If you seek that I don't quote you again, you shouldn't have quoted me ab initio. I don't know what court session you attended in which Justice Ademola made the spurious speech as you claim. The learned judge did grant Kanu bail before fresh charges were brought to the same court as well as an appeal negating the bail. Pull your brains out of IPOB propaganda for a little bit and maybe you just might see a bit clearer.

And BTW, cut out the shalloms, no matter how badly you try to imagine it into reality, you are not Jewish and will never be.
now I can see that your a complete nicompus. ademola granted kanu unconditional release, and the DSS hurriedly arraign him back on another fresh charges and compel ademola to try him on those changes, Ademola went through the charges and discovered that they are all empty charges which can not stand then he went further to sustain his initial verdict, but the DSS got angry which resulted in underground treat to ademola. while asking and forcing him to upturn his verdict which he refused while maintaining that he found no fault in kanu, having realised that the pressure was getting much from the executive arms of government, then he decided not to partake in the case again. are you enlighten a little bit on this case now? may chukwu okike abiama bless you. shalom.

Hmmm, indeed you were in court on this matter. So Ademola no longer granted bail but now released Kanu in a "final verdict"? I see how you have been overfed with IPOB propaganda. All of a sudden, your claim of unconditional bail in your last post (which I admitted is correct) has now gone up a notch to unconditional release?

I must give up at this point and let the intelligent Nigerians following this topic do their own findings.
I can now see that you are high on osogbo weed, what do you mean by unconditional bail, so we now have unconditional bail? in all my write up I keep on mentioning that kanu has been 'released' unconditionally , in any of my write up ,anywhere I write unconditional, you should understand that the next thing that will follow is release and not bail. Ademola did not grant kanu bail, it was magistrate court that granted kanu bail presided by one Hausa man, Ademola is for high court and not magistrate court and what he did was to release kanu unconditional in the high court. I even went further to get you facts from online news. now I want to ask you in those links I shared with you, which one of them states that kanu was given unconditional bail? can you now see the level of your idiotic mindset? please don't ever quote me again because you lack the perquisites to engage me in a Constructive argument. may chukwu okike abiama bless you. shalom.

I see that you are burning with anger and foaming in the mouth on this matter. I understand that it may be a matter of life and death to you as a Kanu fanatic while the matter is only of cursory interest to me as a Nigerian.

Declaring me mad and a paid agent & in the same breath praying blessings and shalom on me is instructive of the hypocritical state of mind of typical pro-Biafrans.

My details of the case may not be as fine tuned as yours seeing that Kanu is of little significance to me. While it may be critical to you seeing how you are in court with him as you claimed.

However the crux of my earlier post stands that prosecution rushed Nnamdi Kanu back to court with additional charges as well as appeal against the bail granted. Justice Ademola entertained the fresh charges and did not dismiss the case until Kanu himself questioned the judge's capacity following which Justice Ademola excused himself from the case. Justice Tsoho who next handled the case reversed the bail earlier granted but transferred Kanu to Kuje prisons rather than under the hold of the DSS. Tsoho also excused himself after being questioned by Kanu following which the case was transferred to Justice Nyako in who's court the hearing is still on-going to date. She has not granted Kanu bail and has upheld the earlier decision to remand him in Kuje prisons.

My response is for the benefit of other readers and not exactly to you who resort to abuse on a faceless medium as NL. When idea ebbs, crass abuse gains. Regards to Kanu when next you meet with him in Mrs. Nyako's court or at Kuje.
you can lie form the pit of hell. kanu never question ademola decision, and neither did ademola excuse himself from the case, it is only tosho that dropped kanu's case, other judges refused to take it up. tell me how can ademola excuse himself from a case he has already giving his final verdict? which was when he said to the DSS...... next time bring unto me a criminal and not a freedom fighter and he went further to release him (unconditionally).now, my question is... do you now believe that kanu was granted unconditionally release? answer that question and that settles it all. then next time ensure that you carry out proper research before writing any cabbage. OK? may chukwu okike abiama bless you. shalom

The magistrate court did not grant him bail rather the case was struck out of the court on the grounds of contested jurisdiction. Justice Ademola did grant bail however I cannot recall it being unconditional as you claimed. And before the bail terms of N2million bond with 2 sureties in like sums could be met, prosecution rushed him back to the same court with fresh charges and an appeal against the bail. Justice Ademola stepped down from the case eventually after Kanu himself declared lack of confidence in the court.

As we speak, the cases, both bail appeal and the fresh charges, are still being heard by Justice Nyako and is presently adjourned till April.

So all this talk of branding any one who states things clearly as Kanu hater or referring to Northerners or other Nigerians as blood suckers and animals does nobody any good. It just goes to confirm the very guilt of IPOB and its admirers as hate mongers which renders Kanu very guilty as charged.
you must be mad for this your useless write up, I can now understand that you are being paid to pass false information to gullible minded people on this NL. if your not sure of something don't ever comment on it, I have been following kanu's Court case since his arrest and is not someone like me that you can feed with this your useless information, by now, u should have understood that am leaned to upgrade your level of knowledge. magistrate court granted kanu bail on the sum of 2million which was met with a week with other conditions attack but DSS hurriedly arraign him back to high court while claiming that magistrate court do not have the jurisdiction to entertain the case, before they did this, they upgraded the charges then move the case to high court and on getting to high court justice ademola released him unconditionally while he openly told the DSS that next time thy should bring to him a real criminal and not a freedom fighters, it was justice ademola that was the first judge to address kanu's as a leaned man, I was in court that day if you go back to channels TV news @10 of that day, I was the one at the back of nnamdi kanu when he was descending from the staircase after the curtains season. only speak what you know, may chukwu okike abiama bless you. shalom. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-east/195330-federal-court-grants-nnamdi-kanu-unconditional-release.html. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/news/news/biafra-court-orders-kanu-s-release/124820.html. Mr toofit007: My chairman, the most difficult thing to do for you (IPOB/Kanu Nnamdi) supporters is to TELL YOURSELVES the TRUTH. See here, God makes everything possible. The only reason why the North continue to dominate and rule over you'll is because the North has and stick to the TRUTH. (They are losing that truth now and it is your chance to straighten up and stick to the truth) but you are just incapable of it period. Buhari won an election and that was when Kanu's voice was loud on Biafra or death. Folks like you will forever refuse to accept the truth as the truth if it does not align with your thought process, wants and needs. That is why, IPOB will block streets, chant war songs, loot stores and in some cases lynch those that refuse to participate in the madness and call it a "peaceful protest". You are quoting Justice Ademola, if the same judge at the end of the day find Kanu guilty you will not accept that judgement, then you will say he was bribed or its north vs igbo etc. See here Mr. Man, the head of the Church of England in a private conversation told the Queen of England, "that one is not corrupt" talking about Buhari, that is his legacy weather you accept it or not and Ojukwu led his people to a needless war by refusing to tell himself the truth and screamed Chukwu Okike Abiama to high heavens, but guess what, God is God of truth and justice, he lost and shamelessly ran away only to return when Shagari pardoned him. The same thing is playing out with this Kanu but you will always lie to each other and love lies and lies and lies so ofcourse it will fail because God is God of truth and Justice. Solution: Yes, personally, i want an Ibo president, the way to go about it is not hate, lies, etc, its TRUTH and SINCERITY of purpose first. Who wants a 74 year old man as President for a complex Nigeria with old school ideas, no one, why is he there now, cos under GEJ, they stole Nigeria blind and we needed an honest man period. Accept and understand that Buhari won an election and he is the president, verify all things and do not believe all the propaganda of north against us, bring out a CREDIBLE Igbo man and rally around him, (Most Northern leaders and politicians are also looters now) e.g Ekwueme, now too old or Ukiwe, that other Nigerians respect and will vote for, if he loses fair and square, accept it and try harder next time and if he wins accept it as God's will and not the arrogant we are smarter than them stupidity that is keeping you where you currently are. Follow these steps and God willing we will have an Igbo President for all Nigerians and if that is not what you want, then welcome to Hollywood, land of dreams.
to hell with your presidency, for how long have we been calling for this presidency in which at the end of the day, the useless Hausa /fulani keep on claiming they are born to rule, it is just that you are being delusional, what do you think igbo presidency will offer we the biafrans? just one stupid man who will be fighting for his pocket abi? it is said that you can start from the little picture to see what the bigger picture will have for you, now take a look at the governors we have in igbo land, all of them are answerable to their fulani masters, so what gave you the assurance that any igbo president will not be answerable to the Hausa fulani? it seems you don't know the power of the British to control our oil and gas from the Niger delta by ensuring that the gullible Hausa fulani who could be consistently answerable to them. hence they know that an average igbo man has a superior intelligent compared to that of the Hausas so they can never allow any igbo to get to that seat. so my brother our only solution is biafra were we can have peace of mind to control our God given resources, we're we shall never be considered as a second class citizens. as for me I will fight with the last drop of my blood to ensure that this zoo called Nigeria shall go into oblivion and finally biafra restored. if you are waiting for igbo presidency, it seems you will wait till the first born of your forth generation calls you papa, and if you are being paid by any agency to write articles that will feeble our minds, then tell your pay masters that this 21 century biafrans youths are having hearts made of iron which can never be thwarted and we have collectively resolved to restore biafra or we shall all pay the ultimate price and there is no going back all we are waiting for is the final command in which the outcome will not spear anybody living in this entity called Nigeria, the only solution is for them to let the biafrans go their separated ways peaceful, it is biafra or death. may chukwu okike abiama bless you (God bless you). shalom.

Let me clear a few of your points raised, my dear friend.

1) Kanu was granted bail on initial charges however the government rushed him back to court on fresh charges before he could perfect his bail terms. On this new charges, the court refused him bail and remanded him to prison custody. An ECOWAS court ruled continued detention of Kanu to be infringement of his rights however the government appealed and prayed maintenance of status quo ante. As we speak, the case is still on-going and has been adjourned to April 27. So frankly, the government is not holding him against a court order as is popularly suggested.

2) Nnamdi Kanu, while advocating for Biafra, committed specific offences in violation of the Nigerian constitution and Laws of the Federal Republic. He set up and operated an unlicensed and illegal radio station, he broadcasted hate programes against fellow Nigerians of other ethnic groups, he was seen in a youtube video soliciting for arms at a conference in America, his agents (in line with his instructions) illegally used MTN Nigeria cell masts to house radio antennas for the illegal broadcast station and he was actively soliciting the destruction of the Nigerian state as it is presently constituted. These are treasonable criminal offences for which no sane government will have no choice but to put him behind bars and on trial.

3) We should do something and fast too about this killer gangs roaming the country so I agree with your grievance about the so-called Fulani herdsmen. However, this does not exonorate Nnamdi Kanu from his criminal actions for which he ought to face trial.
is there any sense in this your write up? in your subsequent write up, don't let gross hatred for nnamdi January override your sense of judgement. you only mentioned the bail that was granted to him by the magistrate court, what about the unconditional release granted to him by justice Ademola, why didn't you include it in your write up? now you mentioned kanu asking of guns and bullet, I bet you, you did not watch that video when you were psychologically OK, probably you were on osogbo weed. I am with the video and I do watch it almost every day to see if I can see anywhere kanu requested for a weapon to wage war against Nigeria government but what I keep on seeing and kanu mentioning was guns and bullet for self defence, especially when he mentioned the issues of Fulani herdsmen cropping gradually into biafra land which the government of buhari has refused to protect the people of old Eastern region from those blood sucking vampires. so Mr man go back and re-watch the video, kanu never requested for guns to carry out an attack on Nigeria government rather it was purely a call for self defence he made. by the way, how do you thing that such video will be valid or useful exhibit and the DSS are yet to call the attention of the judge to that video of more than two years now that kanu has been in detention? the Nigeria government that I know will stop at nothing to get evidence to nail him, but I can assure you right how they don't have.

I was actually going to ignore this plea by this Itshekiri group until i saw the last paragraph. I'm not sure of which Igbo day they're referring to but if they're talking about the Igbo day that held in Asaba some 2 years ago then that group must be made up f moronic dingbats. When did Asaba become itsekiri land bikonu. Like i said, i hope that's not what they're referring to.

Like i keep saying there's no oficial Biafran map. people are just drawing maps all over the place to massage their personal utopian dreams. It's not in any way official. Even IPOB is not an official group. It's just one of theose groups. An official group is one which is setup by the powers that be in the east and that is when the major political leaders who are currently elected come to support the Biafan course.
what is this one saying? in your dream politicians will support a group that is seeking for the restoration of biafra. when is not political party, how do you think they will support any thing that has to do with the dis integration of Nigeria (were they are making their billions) IPOB is the only group that is shaking Nigeria now and she can never be taking for granted, so if you can not beat them you join them.

I can assure you if things continue this way, by 2019. 99% of the people will be totally in support of self determination and any order giving to them by the so called abroad biafrans will be totally complied with. have you asked your self why almost all the visible politicians including serving governors in biafra land are now calling for kanu's release, it is simply because they have seem the hand writing on the wall to what is to happen come 2019 to their political ambition.

if you guys wish other regions to join Biafra..then the name should be changed from BIAFRA to a more a united name so that other non Igbo can feel a sense of belonging.the word Biafra to every non igbo tribe simply implies an Igbo project and people would definitely be skeptical of such union especially since the Igbo will be the majority..it will now be like running from frying pan to fire..My question to you Igbos' are these..?? are you really sure you are ready for an independent nation? if yes? then the following question is begging for attention

1) you cry of marginalization and oppression but you have some ethnic group in your region that you see has inferior.(OSU) can people from such group be seen as equal among your all when BIAFRA become established? if you must have BIAFRA and want other group to be part of you then you must put aside ethnocentrism.
2): which of your state can boast of an IGR and can stand on their own without depending on the Fed govt?
thirdly: How many of your people ( i mean the elite and powerful business men are behind this project)the last time i checked, most of thier investment is outside the east with exception to INNOSON" and some few others.
4)..How come, alot of Igbos are still building houses and business outside their regions and developing other state? i believe by now at least 60% of igbos should be channeling almost all their investment to the east and developing their various regions if you guys are really serious about Biafra
5): I believe before you start inviting other ethnic group to join your project you should have done your homework by been able to convince at about 60-70% of your Igbo citizens, including some of your leaders and elite to believe in this BIAFRA..becos i believe if they do by now the eastern region is suppose to be focus on developing their regions , re-orientating their youth, changing their psychic from the get rich quick syndrome which breed corruption, greed and oppression in the society.
If you want a country and you want others to come with you?..what are the laid down foundation that is in place to convince these people that BIAFRA is a better option than the present Nigeria..last i checked..the eastern regions are still plagued with corruption and underdevelopment just like every other state in the country..so what give you guys the notion that BIAFRA will be any different....and the worst of it is that you guys are not good at uniting...very difficult to easily come together for issues of importance without allowing individual arrogance and pride to get in the way.
it is not just biafra, it is united states of biafra (USB)

we didnt begged you to be saved...better stop now...
what do you mean when you said 'insulting us', do you know that there is different between 'people like you' and 'all of you' what i said was that we shall educated people like you; i never said we shall educate all of you. of course i know many of my niger delta brothers are educated and example is goodluck ebele jonathan. hence, i can never insult you people because it is not in my blood. shalom.

realy??..you insult me with that and want me to come along because you have some bogus claims of 70%......

who even told you thats its even up to 70% sef??.....

loook..it realy doesnt matter..i can speak for my tribe, the urhobos,,and i dont remember any urhobo supporting biafra online or in real life...the question now is..what are we gonna do then if you force us into biafra again and we deny you entrance into our area??...

governance is about collecting tax and other social issues...what do you want to do then if tribes like the urhobos deny you or even worst, see you as invaders??...
we can never and ever force you into biafra that i can assure you what we shall do is to educate people like you to see reasons why you shall be better of with your brothers igbo biafrans than to be with the hausa fulani in the same country called nigeria . you have a lot of things in common with your brothers the biafran igbo such as dressing, food, religion etc. tell now what do you have in common with an hausa or fulani man? were when you speak they will say you have offended their Mohammed and they will behead you or chop of your hand. let the hausa fulanis enjoy their soon to be officially called called islamic nigeria. bro collectively we can make biafra a great nation .that is why it is called UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA. am sorry for insulting you the other time.

and you dont need to speak IGBO before you become well educated and perfectly informed, all you need is just to liberate yourself from mental slavery and you will be go to go. get everything necessary in life, but above all get EDUCATED.

na their your trouble will start.......do you realy want people like him and me to come along with your biafra??..

people like us dont understand the sense in biafra...we are telling you now and you are still counting on majority...

i already told you,if you dont have 100% backing, then better dont try it...

you must evacuate the igboid tribes from the delta...

but both of us know that will never happen...sooooo,biafra is doa...
there is nothing visibly you can do, your just a small boy trying to fix your lane. it is not necessary for it to be hundred once i have 70% backup (which am very sure i have gotten)from my brothers the niger deltas am good to go .the remaining 30% can kiss my ass for all i care there is nothing they will do, that is why we call it the power of the majority .

that i agree with you..soooo,whats the sense in creating biafra when all this geographical nonesense is artificial anywayshuh...
point of correction boy, let me educate you a little. there is nothing like 'creating' biafra we want to restore biafra. biafra is a sovereign nation from 1967-1970 but it was re-integrated back into Nigeria in 1970. My uncle was born during that period of the war, and his birth certificate which i saw has his nationality as 'biafran'. so how do u judge that? he want to restore his country back and there is no going back on that it is biafra or death.

I'm from Delta state and I hate that Biafra nonsense.
yes bro your entitle to your opinion just like i am, but there is nothing visibly you can do to that if the wish of majority of the niger deltas is to belong to biafra. just like MANY voted against buhari, but MAJORITY voted for him hence, those that voted against him have no option than to stay in nigeria with the majority that voted for him and also remain civil. it is called the POWER OF THE MAJORITY. i personally i did not vote for buhari , I voted for my brother GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN.

look how you are yarning...was i the one that created the south south from the old south east area??...

look at you...do we blacks even create maps before sef??..

we learned this bad habits from whites...

go argue with those that created the south south not me...
when you know that your not the one that created the south south, then you shouldn't have dabbled into a thread that u dont really understand because you will be confronted with superior argument that will make you speechless and see yourself as being foolish. there is nothing like south south before the war that region was referred to as old eastern region hence all the people that make up that region are called biafrans. if your from that region they call ss, through indigenous identity your a biafran and by citizenship your a Nigeria even if you like it or not. i thought you will continue to argue with me so that i can reduce your IQ to zero. you really gave up early boy.

this is were you will fail...look how many wahala we already have to only vote a president...

a referenthing in south south will be total desaster...thats why none igboid tribes dont speak about any type of referenthing in the south south....

the question is..:

what can be done?...some deltans want biafra, others dont......why do you thing a referentintin will solve that problem...??

look how hot tempered nigerians are in nature...do you realy want to risk more chaos??..

only to vote governors people die, vote party people die, vote anything people die...

sooo..whats the point....huh??
NOW, you sound civil this time around so let me engage you in a civil manner so that you will add more knowledge to the one you already got cos nobody is an island. bro let me start by telling you this, two options will be left for people of the said ss if Biafra eventually comes. the first option is to go with biafra and the other option is to go with the( NIGERIA hausa/fulani). if there is no option of them 'ss' having their own country then you already know who they will follow. one thing am very sure of and i can die for is that ss can never go with hausa fulani they will always wish to be with their brothers (BIAFRAN IGBOS) because they share a lot of things in common ..... dressing, food, religion etc. but if at the end of it all, there is reason for the south south to decide who to join between Nigeria and Biafra, plebiscite will be employ. pls note that this plebiscite is different from this voting we are doing in Nigeria in the sense that the Nigeria voting is internally organised and carry out by the Nigerians which gives rooms for the politicians to hijack it and turn it in a way that it will be favourable to them. hence that leads to bloody. but in the case of referendum, the politians in Nigeria will not have much power to interfere in it as the voting is going to be monitored by 'UN' UNITED NATIONS hence they will be on ground with their own military personnel to monitor the situation. so it will be only the ss that will be asked to decide. when we call something referendum, the power is vested only on the 'people' and not the government (politicians). NOW HAVE YOU ASKED YOUR SELF WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS AFRAID OF REFERENDUM? because they know that it is them that the power to decide will be vested on the people and not them and such power will be protected by UN hence the government can never rig it. so my brother, if the option of referendum is given it will be the best cos nobody will be killed or molested as the whole world will beam their satellite on Nigeria. SHALOM.

look,,,your compass will not help you in the south-south...i get your point..

better go in the south south and talk with the people and way the risk..

people say the earth is flat, others say its round...do you have time to argue with people??...

you wan argue till you die ...huh huh
u cant even confront me with superior argument. some people said the earth is flat and others said round, but one option is generally accepted by the people THROUGHOUT the world which is the earth is spherical in shape. hence one option is generally accepted by the people throughout the world and that is ........ there is no place at the four cardinal point were you will ever see anything like SS. if you get outside the shores of the country and say your from south south part of Nigeria, you will only earn yourself the worse embarrassment of your time then they will view you as product of divide and rule tactics. before independent there was nothing like ss, before the war there was nothing like south south, ss was created by the British and Ibrahim babangida regime to further divide the people of the old eastern region after the war to make them look weak politically and otherwise in Nigeria. NOW, swallow that and get lost.
