Open up yourself. It's obvious that it seems you were misled..but you don't even know. The sum total of God's law os the bible. That is why we have the new covenant and the old covenant. Sin is simply doing sething that displeases God..which is shown throughout scriptures. Stop hiding under a cloak of hypocrisy. Sin is disobedience to God's word. It seems you are just a closed minded person. Why not open yourself up to le to learn.

And we certainly don't need to take Him at His Word in Matthew 13 vs 10 - 13 and neither what He said about how to gain understanding in Mattthew 25 vs 14 - 30?

What you define as sin is not just picking some scriptures in the Bible and capitalizing on them. Sin is explained in the whole of scriptures through people's lives who lived in bible times ..both in the old and new testament. You will understand what sin is also through the counsels in scriptures. It is only when you study your bible that you discover what sin is. Stop making assumptions..study your bible.

It seems you don't 'completely' know your Bible. The Book of Romans written by Paul talks about Homosexuality and Lesbianism. Homosexuality, Lesbianism, Masturbation talk about sexual perversion..because they are all aberrent sexual practices..( different from the accepted norm which is between a Husband and a Wife.)

Don't be a Strange Woman..be a Righteous /Christian Woman. Don't be a Harlot..be a Virgin Woman. Don't be an Adulteress..be a godly Woman. Don't be an Evil woman ..be a good/ virtuous woman.

A fornicator is one who commits whoredom: Deau 22:21. A woman who did this in the bible was to be stoned to death. A man who did this was to marry the woman he did it with.

Adulterer: this was part of the commandment. Thou shalt not commit adultery. Exo 20:14. An adulterer was one who broke this commandment by violating the marriage bed.
